Those are probably the exact same sentiments Americans have about their own history lol. And given how they are the primary target market, choosing the American Revolution settings wasn't necessarily a bad idea on paper.
Maybe but they didn't exactly sing praises for the foinding father of the state lol but they got people with the marketing and trailers where Connor killed recoats exclusively.

Ditched AC3 in favor of Hitman. The game is OK and travelling is such khuwaari. Btw hitman does better kills than our very own Assassins. Now I laugh whenever I assassinate someone in AC3 :p

I haven't played the game yet, but the problem for Ubisoft is; the exact thing that made it such a success will probably lead to its downfall. I mean Italy during the Rennaisance. Topping that setting will be a feat in itself. :p And I am pretty sure awesome as AC3 will be, it won't be any match for the glory that was Rome. :D

Ended ac2 last night, awesome story pretty good twice better than ac1 now might aswell start brotherhood soon. just those feathers trophy than onto brotherhood in shaa allah

btw everything was done pretty awesomely in ac2 but these things irritated me

the aging process LOL 23 years pass ok ezio got a beard and looks a bit mature but what ever happened to the other characters :p did time stop for them :frown: only ezios character got mature while the rest of the character models remained same HAHA and the last ending was A TOTAL cliffhanger seriously until the credits rolled in and we had to control desmond and run after vidic ! this was good but the aging process bad stuff haha and one more the time passage that felt 23 years felt like a total of 10 hours to me well the time went by but nothing so was mentioned how much time is passing by each chapter. like they should had told us after 4 years or something. nothing by the end he himself tells 23 years have passed and than i noticed ! bhai beard tou in 2-3 days a jate hay how is one suppose to know :p and especially with all the other characters remaining same age etc

Yeah it was kinda weird seeing everyone else remain the same in 23 years but didn't really bother me. And yeah they should have detailed the time passed a bit, with what happens between the years. Only way to know how much time has been passed was to look at the dates during new chapters.
Well at least you can play brotherhood directly after AC2, I had to wait a whole friggin year for it to come out and see what happens after the cliffhanger holy shit ending :p , but it was really awesome too :wink2:

Speaking of Assassin's Creed 3, I'm having trouble with making money. It was too easy making money is AC2,Brotherhood and Revelations but I don't understand it much this time. Where do I find another artisan?

Your best bet is to grab the chest map of a particular region, and head straight for the FORT in that region. WIn the fort and loot the chest. I just found 10000 in one chest in NY and 7500 in another, and spent them all on shit like more maps for chests and idiotic outfits.
Talking of outfits, even purchasing outfits isn't fun in this game. Screw it, m just draggin on while at the same time missing those metal splauders and shoulder guards and greaves. They made the assassin look so fancy and jingly :(. I'm gonna have to play ACB or ACR once this ends. Just to take my anger and frustration out.

I had the same problem.

Not that I made any effort to earn money as the game was too easy. I killed all my enemies with a hidden blade. -_-

Well, you CAN play ALL AC games with just a hidden blade (except AC1) but you know buying more powerful weapons is fun, even if you don't use them. But I really need good weapons to take down those captains who block our counters, break defenses and attacks.

Also, does anyone even the call other assassins anymore?

Just got done with sequence 3 and am beginning to see the flaws in the game.
Bits of awesomeness here and there mixed with a lot of pointlessness.

You're just starting Sequence 4. There's going to be a LOT of mundane shit until Sequence 8 or 9. There's nothing fundamentally wrong with the game on a tech or gameplay level. It's just one boring as fuck game, and the protagonist and his companions being completely uninteresting characters doesn't help. Haytham is by far the most interesting character in the entire game, and you ain't seeing him for a LOOONG time now.
