Lol, can you apply to a UNI with just matric? O Level is the equivlent to Matric so you cant apply to a UNI without doing A Level/FSC/FA first.

But you need to either meet the A Level grades in conditional acceptances, or give in the equivalence sheet after your A Level results.

If someone is admitted and doesn't do A Levels (Admission on the basis of AS then), then they have to do a foundation year (so bachelors becomes 5 years)

That person would have to study his Inter in the University. Its like studying the engineering courses but much more emphasis would be placed upon teaching the students about the Inter stuff.

Its like 70% Inter but 30% University studies in one extra Uni year. I am not sure though which Universities offer this.

dude u dont have to pay that much for FAST. i remember back in 2004 when i was applying for bachelors in universities. i gave FAST's admission test. i think i even flunked it. they only look at your percentage and money. mine was 79%. and i got a call from them in dubai that i cleared it. so think about it and talk to some guys who are currently studying there..

Instead of giving their admission test, having you considered giving the NAT? They also accept that.

Visit the NTS website. They have specific tests for different degrees. For example, the NAT-IE for engineering degrees. NAT-ICS for computer science. These tests take place every month. Rs.650 for one. Usually in august, a score criteria is uploaded. Last year, it was 79 for CS in Lahore which is their toughest campus to get into. For the same year and degree, in Islamabad, the score required was 75. And for the rest of them, 70.

PS: The tests are out of a 100.

Registration forms are currently unavailable as deadline for the April test have passed. The new forms for the May test have not been uploaded yet. Check end of April/Start of May.
