I make my own special recipe lassi at home. Its recommended to make lassi half an hour earlier and put it in the icebox for best taste and chill. After eating sehri, drink 2 glasses (I make very light lassi for my parents so they can drink it with ease, not jhaag o jhaag or garhi lassi ).
Lassi actually helps with thirst throughout the day. I've only felt hungry since I only eat half roti in sehri with fried egg. Not felt thirsty even once so far.
Hate to admit it but I also intensely dislike fruit chaat. Pakoras with rooh afza Ice cold best iftaari ever.
biryani , fruits , vegies , yoghurt , cream fruit chat , kn's chapli kabab , oats dallia , am always greedy for beef in whatever form , just a beef junkie crazer hoger , king of all foods .
Man I was so hungry yesterday, I stuffed 5+ Aloo ki Phulkees, 2 samosaas, 3 glasses of water and one glass of Lassi almost all at once (within 1 minute literally). Yesterday was also the day when I broke my oil boycott lol. But today its beginning again, no oil, only meat/complex-carbs.
Well, my new sehri is a 2 layered bread slice. One layer has a kebab with ketch and the other layer has egg. Believe me, tastes like heaven! And biscuit/tea later on. I can never bring myself to drink lassi. I just hate it! (Bring on the hate comments!.....on second thought, don't)
Sehri :
Beside lot of water, generally there are 2 type of menus on alternate days :
1. Choori (if you know what it is) of Desi Ghee with Tea
2. Dry Meals with Egg, sometime half fry and sometime amlate.
Aftar:
1. Dates
2. Sharbat (Mostly Roof Afzaa)
3. Pakoraz
4. Qeema Samosa
5. Fruit Chaat OR Dahi Bhallay
6. Fruits
7. Meals with any good salan, mostly qeema and chicken etc.bcoz its difficult to handle vegetables and daals after long fasting.
And after a week of fasting, my aftaar menu is trimmed to half with no meals.
Sehri: Normally, Jam Toast or Butter Toast with Milk probably. Will variate to keep things from going stale.
But if there are any left overs from any awesome Aftari/dinner, will have that at sehri instead.
Aftari: Pakoray, Sharbat/Lassi, Fruit chaat, Kachoori's/samosas etc will be the norm.
Sehri: Paratha with yogurt. I discovered this combo last year and it's terrific! Keeps you hydrated and helps digest the food (in my case at least). Half a cup of tea and a slice of bread with a thick layer of peanut butter to top it off. And water of course.
Joker I'm interested in your diet plan for Ramzan.
I'll try to follow it as closely as I can...... I don't wanna gain fat and loose muscle...

Probably the combo I would be following myself.
However, don't you think peanut butter is too warm to be having? Doesn't it kill the purpose of the yougurt?

The only valid thing from his pov he said in the video is AC dead since Black Flag. According to woke police that game was woke too. Welsh man in West Indies. So atleast he's consistent I guess lol
Did y'all see the new Assassin's Creed trailer? They finally made a AC set in Japan & then they put a negro as the male protagonist. Ubisoft is taking cues from Disney, and it isn't gonna end well for them, just like Disney. Go woke, go broke!
Phil keeps talking about breaking barriers to gaming, making it accessible on all platforms yada yada, while killing competition and creativity at the same time. the fact that i actually believed him for a second lol
Phil should be held responsible for this shitfest too, just like Sarah, but it's highly likely that these decisions are coming from Satya. And this isn't even the end of it. More closures are coming.
if we are moving towards more and more popular trash across platforms that make billions for companies, I'm happy with all the barriers and exclusivity because at least that brings some pressure to create good stuff.

"These changes are not a reflection of the creativity and skill of the talented individuals at these teams or the risks they took to try new things" ... seems to me that's exactly what it is
