Nexus 7 is still going on 27K 8gb version. Though the retail price is 199USD direct conversion into PKR is 19,000/- I feel thats a rip off price.

Easier said than done. Local online/storefront retailers that are offering Nexus 7 cannot even offer official Asus warranty. Its not a Rip off at all because these products are not made to be distributed to a country like Pakistan. The local agent beings a container full of new, refurbished, unbranded, grey market products every month from destinations like UAE, Singapore etc. They will buy this at retail prices which is $199, then pay logistics and under table, which is 1000 to 1500 per unit. Then sell to whole sellers keeping their 10% profit. Wholesellers will keep their 2% to 5% margins and sell to retailers which ideally should keep nothing less than 10%.

That's 5-10 minutes more than Apple spent on designing iPhone 3Gs and 4s

I do agree that this looks pathetic to say the least. They copied design of Galaxy Nexus and managed to make it worse

No need to change an outer design that works. In reality, both companies probably worked tirelessly to ensure all the components fit in the little space provided by the designs. Stop undermining their effort.

Show me a retail/online store where Nexus 7 is selling for $199. That $199 price is ONLY for Google Play Store from where you can't buy in bulk. Everywhere else like Amazon the 8GB version is for over $250. Google should make this clear when they announce prices.

Just watched the verge video of the nexus devices and whoever says the nexus 4 is ugly has lost their mind. NOTHING and absolutely nothing beats a button-less and logo-less front.

    I have a PS5 but I am not satisfied with the experience. I am currently saving for a 4080 64 GB rig soon. Bit will wait for Pro if performance improves. This gen has been so bad I don't plan on buying consoles anymore for AAA gaming.

    Just downloaded my first legit digital PC game on GoG at a discount of $8: Two Point Hospital. The same team behind Theme Hospital Two Point Studios now part of Sega. And I am having more fun than most recent AAA games except of course BG3.
