but my body type is different n i've different goal i mean if you can read "about me" i am basically a developer actually i joined this as a hobby , and so many other reasons , but 1 thing is i dont wanna be muscular or model or ummmm anything to go pro ;/
the main reasons were , back about 2 years ago i was so weak n lean n skinny so lazy and my nature is a hard gainer, no shit
ok then i started this as a hobby bcz i am a geek i can leave my computer for a long time , so i dont play any game or anything like that , so i started it only about an hour a day i can train and save alot of time ,,

due to changing of seasons there are some ups n downs in me , i lose alot sometimes. i gain alot sometimes , i lose my abs and i get them back by taking care of few things
for example last time about last month i checked my weight and i noticed that i gained 7Kg in a month :hah:
its my story i am just no pro but its my hobby , mostly i like to see my self ripped while standing infront of mirror
and about supplements i use them accordingly i mean when i need something , i use mass gainer when i need to gain weight , and whey when i see that i am losing the bis and tris n traps
but as u say jumping to 18 from 14 is not easy simply , instead of steroids , whey ! whey ! and whey !
