mine is also about 14 lol ,

but my body type is different n i've different goal i mean if you can read "about me" i am basically a developer :p actually i joined this as a hobby , and so many other reasons , but 1 thing is i dont wanna be muscular or model or ummmm anything to go pro ;/

the main reasons were , back about 2 years ago i was so weak n lean n skinny so lazy and my nature is a hard gainer, no shit :p

ok then i started this as a hobby bcz i am a geek i can leave my computer for a long time , so i dont play any game or anything like that , so i started it only about an hour a day i can train and save alot of time ,,

n being straight
due to changing of seasons there are some ups n downs in me , i lose alot sometimes. i gain alot sometimes , i lose my abs and i get them back by taking care of few things ;)

for example last time about last month i checked my weight and i noticed that i gained 7Kg in a month :hah:
its my story i am just no pro but its my hobby , mostly i like to see my self ripped while standing infront of mirror :)

and about supplements i use them accordingly i mean when i need something , i use mass gainer when i need to gain weight , and whey when i see that i am losing the bis and tris n traps :p

but as u say jumping to 18 from 14 is not easy simply , instead of steroids , whey ! whey ! and whey !

how many sets and reps you do? o_O
for arm i mean ?

3 sets for each muscle angle with 10-12 reps or until failure and until failure lies in this rep range.
4 or some times up to 6 sets for tricep push down.
well i was reading arnold's plan on BB i'll start it in coming winter :)

it is like sets with 30 reps of warm up then 12 10 8 n 6
i'll see that if it'll be good for gaining then i'd recommened it with u too :)

So dont you think 30 reps will make muscles steel hard than growing that muscle will be difficult..

For gaining size i dont make my arms steel hard i go for max pump with streatching exercises. And i hate concentration curls i dont do them.

while lying on inclined bench do dumberl curls or hammer curls that gives a great pump. :)

I will also check BB.

Right now i consider kia green as a great trainer.

it is like sets with 30 reps of warm up then 12 10 8 n 6
i'll see that if it'll be good for gaining then i'd recommened it with u too :)

I used ON 100% Whey Gold Standard (Isolate) but now I mistakenly got Nitro-Tech by Muscletech and taste is eeeewwwwwwww it's Vanilla.. planning to get big tank of ON after that again ;)

nitro tech? mmmmmm never used it but saw alot of reviews about it , its just the taste or the results? bcz i dont care about taste unless its so much damn hard to swallow :p

I am actually doing that workout right now and its brutal but it also gives you results, so definitely recommended.

Nitro-tech gave me good results, in the form of phenomenal strength gains, which I've never felt with creatine monohydrate, otherwise. It tastes absolute shit and is pretty expensive for the amount of servings you get, but I might give it another go if Combat Powder and Dymatize disappoint. I wasn't too big a fan of Double-rich chocolate from Optimum though.

I actually noticed a little power gain during my workout today in a week idk but I actually did increased weight on shoulders easily as compared to before...

specify the time when was the above mentioned meals taken so it is easier to follow your guide-plan? also apart from this did you ate normal house food?
