Guide me about supplements please?
well .... ummm .umm...... as you are now a bodybuilder or a fitness lover person , i want you to research these things by urself for ur own satisfaction.... , as i said in your thread you need to learn your body first , i think you are succeeded now
well supplements hmmmmmm.... these aminons creatine or joint supports are just..... consider them extras focus on whey right now .... as u mentioned in your thread that you dont have enough energy to pull more or hit for longer ,,,,, well one thing you are a beginner so dont worry about low reps or lighter weights
few months back i was reading an article on BB that why we need calories , the answer in short is that we need to burn something our body needs to burn something when we do something ,,, so if you aint eating so much, you will be tired so quickly , so eat your meals completely 3-6 times a day , i dont really like those thing that ppls say " nashta ameeron ki tarahn karo aur raat ka kahana ghareebon ki tarhan" lol
my doctor cousin used to say it , if you thing that you are gonna burn all the calories then eat anything in any qty ..... but dont eat n go to gym

use them only if you're regular to gym or frequent or whatever the plan you are following . otherwise you dont even need to use whey
bcz moslty what ppls do in this thing they start going gym by watching huge biceps n ripped abs on tv and stuff ... but after joing the gym after few says they say " o yar study bht mushkil ho gai isi liay chor diya , O yar exams shuur ho gaiy tu chor diya , O yar mujh typhoid ho giya "

if you regular and determined use any whey brand you like and a preworkout supplement(optional, read the information on the product about it so you'd decide better)
and eat alot , also you can get a mass gainer only n only if you dont have time to eat enough food , like me i use gainer's calories only bcz i spend my most of the day time in university , and i dont like to eat crap everyday , so i use gainers
