oh man this arnold blueprint faakd me up like a hoe :crying:

i thought that it was my time to go at advanced level and indeed i felt what exactly the advanced is , recently after doing chest n back training i felt like i got parasites in my muscles and now arms , it like " ye hath hum ko de de thakur" aint feeling the arms ,

but it pumped like faking baloons man :D n i felt like hulk :D
i am gonna love it now instead of being ripped this season i am gonna get some mass :D

but you can watch workout videos street workouts actually

and/or i'd suggest you to find a partner or friend and make a challenge to lose weight , then you will not get lazy or distracted
so find partner ,

you know what happened with me last time :D
me n my sister had a challenge once , she said i'd lose weight
and i said ok i'd gain the weight , and we had only 1 month period :D

n she lost only 2-3 kgs but i gained 7 kg in a month lol :hah:

this is the way i think is the best way to achieve the goal :D

My problem is my overweight I'm approx 99kilo i want to gain shape of my early middle high school times i was so skinny every almost all neighborhood halas when sees me they says does your mother gives you nothing to eat...

I don't want muscles or abs all i want is to lose extra charbi healthy way

well 99kgs is so much , all you need is hmmmm........focus on your diet dont skip meals but eat less fats , you may also reduce it to 2/3

and use green tea lemon grass wali etc etc n etc

and hmmmm try to run , jogging!
as much you can do i mean 1 to 10 min doesnt matter , just start running , build your breathing rate up and then you dont need to care about diet , every extra fat you can lose from your body by doing cardios of half an hour a day

but its on further stage , starting needs just lil bit of focus ,
i'd say that do this things frequently , and dont ever listen to anybody or hakeem etc
bcz if you'd lose so much weight in very short time may be u feel ur self so much weak and stuff

so just a lil bit of jogging or walk and green tea and you will start feeling it that u are losing , make sure that u check your progress daily on weighing machine :)

well .... ummm .umm...... as you are now a bodybuilder or a fitness lover person , i want you to research these things by urself for ur own satisfaction.... , as i said in your thread you need to learn your body first , i think you are succeeded now

well supplements hmmmmmm.... these aminons creatine or joint supports are just..... consider them extras focus on whey right now .... as u mentioned in your thread that you dont have enough energy to pull more or hit for longer ,,,,, well one thing you are a beginner so dont worry about low reps or lighter weights

few months back i was reading an article on BB that why we need calories , the answer in short is that we need to burn something our body needs to burn something when we do something ,,, so if you aint eating so much, you will be tired so quickly , so eat your meals completely 3-6 times a day , i dont really like those thing that ppls say " nashta ameeron ki tarahn karo aur raat ka kahana ghareebon ki tarhan" lol :p my doctor cousin used to say it , if you thing that you are gonna burn all the calories then eat anything in any qty ..... but dont eat n go to gym :D

in the last you whey

use them only if you're regular to gym or frequent or whatever the plan you are following . otherwise you dont even need to use whey

bcz moslty what ppls do in this thing they start going gym by watching huge biceps n ripped abs on tv and stuff ... but after joing the gym after few says they say " o yar study bht mushkil ho gai isi liay chor diya , O yar exams shuur ho gaiy tu chor diya , O yar mujh typhoid ho giya " :p my friends always say this :p

if you regular and determined use any whey brand you like and a preworkout supplement(optional, read the information on the product about it so you'd decide better)

and eat alot , also you can get a mass gainer only n only if you dont have time to eat enough food , like me i use gainer's calories only bcz i spend my most of the day time in university , and i dont like to eat crap everyday , so i use gainers :)

Gym goers! Need suggestions for protein supplements.

So, I have finally decided to be 'consistent' with my gym routine and improve my diet to improve muscle growth. I am 22, 5"11 and currently weighing around 85kgs. My goals are to shed fat and gain muscle definition, I already have a good workout plan and I just need diet aid. Whey Protein looks to be the safest form of supplement diet. I have decided on OP's 100% Whey Gold Standard. Are there any better products out there? Where can I get them at good prices? I have a budget of 5000rs max.

little pain in left elbow when doing skull crush, Tricep push down and one arm over head dumbel extension i also hear click sound when doing this over head DE.

The pain is like a cold feeling in elbow, Will it go away if i leave tricep exercises for 1 month !

dont go wth ON brand if you are worried about prices, isofusion , elite whey , ultra whey by universal are also good , and your budget is 5000 for a month on supplements? or what?
if you are from lahore i can give you my friend's number he has its own shop of supps best prices ofc

hmmm you just started training triceps now? well i had the same feeling when i started ... i had no clicking sound but i felt pain in lower sides of triceps , then i reduced the weight , nah dont skip it for a month, if its not a serious pain just give it a week and then later start with less weight and check that you are good with it or not , then increase the weights when you will be used to it , it'd take about 2+ weeks to make triceps active for workouts, and also winters are coming so warming up should be added in routines :)

hmm i am doing tris for a year. it only clicks while doing one hand over head dumbel extension, now i have increased the weights and messed my elbow.
i do one part in a week only. .....
actually i hit tries from all angles ... may be some bad angle caused this :(
