Meh!...Just started gym a couple of days ago again after a couple of months...I used to do a lot of Squats Last winter....Even did 45-50kgs (each side) squat a couple of times.hence a total near 100Kgs.....Although I suck in shoulder and chest exercises.....Now i try and avoid heavy squats (max 40Kg) as i've heard they can inhibit height increasing in my age (near 18 )...Is it true?...I find thigh exercises very easy as i've been cycling all my life...:p
Also i need to get regular again!...<_<....and Do some proper effort on my chest , arms and shoulders...

yaaar i joined gym when i was 18,,,, nothing happen... though elders say that ur height will stop increasing but i didnt gave a faakk :p get regular to gym... and lift weight according to ur strength dont get aggressive looking others :D

Im thinking of joining a gym now... :)

i want someone to tag along so i dont look like a douche.. i have no idea at all on wht to start first and etc etc...
bro first u have to do only chest exercise only...butter fly... benchpress... incline dumbles... half bench dumbles.. and then pullovers.. this workout will be followed for atleast 15 days :) then u will start shoulders and arms exercise :)

One of my bodybuilder friend told me that eating 8-10 whites of boiled egg daily helps a lot in building muscles.

OK so the first picture was before my 18th birthday so it isn't that much. Biceps were at 15 inch.

the 2nd one is when I was off season and busy in studies, I just had a hunch to snap a pic of my biceps. in this one, Iam close to 17 inch. And yeah, I had turned 18/
