well for body builders i must say every body has its own structure .... i see young guns trying so hard and focusing on just lifting heavy weights but not following the right technique hence not applying energy to the right area... + taking food supplements every body cant be just like arnold cuz every human has its own structure and try to shape ure body according to your structure ....

great point basit bhai and one more thing adding to his point that people want quick result when they go to gym.... when i joined gym i also though k 6 mahinoo mai arnold type ka hojaonga :p but then i realised that its not that easy.. and even to get perfect body i mean arms with perfect shape and all.. u must need medicine.. normal person can have either a good mass or cuts... :)

Yea every body has a limit and u cant go beyond that ....for that u have u use medicines ...... i dont think a normal person can have professional looks without using medicines..aur jo khoraaakein hain aaaj kal ki its not possible .......
Baki the thing is if ur going to be a professional then its different other wise take body building as a healthy activity and itni body hony chahiyay kei any thing ure wearing looks great on you .......buss..... no need to go for supplements or medicines
and one thing more the natural body will remain as it is forever .....buss u need to go to gym occasionally and body made through steroids , medicines ... will make u look worse than u were before when you will leave .



And about diet for beginners please please dont increase ur diet rapidly otherwise u will face some problems with your stomach ........just take normal diet and you will be feeling more diet in few weeks or may be earlier then start taking extra diet . and Banana's are best diet just before going to gym some ppl have misconception that you will gain mass but it helps shaping up your body .... + quick energy ofc

everywhere i search that forum they recommend this guide for newbies
i did it for a month then Ramazan came but i was able to add some weight to my lifts considering i started BenchPress with the Empty Rod :/

gonna do after Ramazan for 3 months alteast with dedication and see what yields

Workout A
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench Press
1x5 Deadlift

Workout B
3x5 Squat
3x5 Standing military press
3x5 Barbell Rows

It says to focus on these basic compound movements and keep adding weight
since the gym i have access to has minimum of 2.5 Kg plates and to increase the weight u 2 of those i tend to take Reps to 8 Properly then add the weights

Squat from 4kg (small Rod) to 27Kg
Deadlift from 12kg to 32Kg
Bench from 7kg (Rod) to 22Kg

3 Day workout and 4 day rest helped a lot
i previously tried 5 days last year and gave up on it as i was aching all over no significant increase in weights :/

This work out seems to be suiting me just hope i can keep at it (sm1)

PS: i do Barbell Curls and Pull-Downs for Wings on Workout B and Tricep Isolation with the E Z Bar on Workout A

Go to youtube and type Passion4profession. I found the best the exercise.Right now i'm in weight loss program. When i'm done. Next i'll be in muscle program plus martial arts insAllah..

I keep body building very simple.
Good sleep, Good diet, Good life, balanced exercise.. monitoring your strength points and weaknesses and working on them through respective exercise sets. No framed diet or sets completely. I variate.
