OK, so this is coming from a doctor so listen...
I see that many individuals have mashAllah given u a very good advice but here is my opinion.
As Owi Khan rightfully said, Allah se dosti karlo..
Let me share a little story with you... Back in my 3/4th MBBS college life, i used to get extremely tense and anxious during exams I would literally go breathless due to extreme anxiety and wud have to take anxiolytics... But then i realised something... I was constantly depending upon doctors to prescribe me sumthing so i can feel better,,, Y wasnt i asking the one and only Allah directly ?? That day changed me, after that i started praying 5 times regularly. ( i used to pray before as well but 3/4times per day). Instead of praying at home, i started going to masjid. And eventually to my surprize i was feeling alot better,,, and from that time, i havent had a single episode of anxiety.
Recently i have also been attended some religious talks or what we call ( tableegh). Its nuthing big , but just that there is a realy old islamic doctor who often comes to our hospital and gives a bayan for 30 mins once every month or so.. He told us that in his career of 40 years of medicine.. he can safetly conclude that all those who are true muslims suffer less problems , particularly psychiatric compared to general population. He was totally right and i cudnt agree more with him,
People often call me crazy when i give them a religious advice because they often come to us looking for medicine,, but i guess there r things which extend beyond the medical expertise ...
U r clearly a very sensitive individual and its all the stress that makes u sick very often... U need to buckle up.. Apart from praying and reading Quran, start believing in urself that YES, YOU are totally fine.. and keep working hard... Choosing ACCA might not be the right decision, but guess what,,, there is nuthing u cannot do.. Allah have made us humans the most superior species and u like any other human is in no way inferior... For all u know,, u can be sharper and smarter than Newton.. U just need to work harder and harder and ull be granted with succes.. This is a promise made by Allah..
I wish u a very best of luck for ur future, If ur currently on any medicines, keep taking them and work hard towards ur studies and religion.. I m more than 100% sure ull be totally fine!!! inshAllah
