It depends a LOT on the mood. I read a story how a change in mood and eating good food, cured a man's lung cancer which a doctor called incurable. Do what makes you happy. Play video games, exercise. Eat GOOD food. STAY HAPPY. STAY HAPPY. Insha Allah, you'll get better :)

Like i mentioned, Dr Javed Usman (Usmani, can't remember right now) he sits at Zia Uddin hospital Clifton Campus, you need someone to hear your fears, in anxiety and depression you need people around you who actually understand what you are going through, Unfortunately depression is still not taken seriously by our people, you need to take your parents in confidence, brothers and sisters in confidence, close (i mean CLOSE) friends in confidence, even if they don't do anything they will be of great moral help by being there for you.

All the best bro, been there and i know how hard it is.

I had passed through the same at the same age

You need to have multi therapy:

First religious-
Offer Namaz
Pray

Social Service
Hang outs

and the last one is consult with good psychologist, he might recommend "Eclytropram", however, this treatment could take atlest six months. you appear to bear "Depression" symptoms.

It's just fear, you hear about people dying of first dengue attack. THAT'S why you're scared. One of my uncles survived 3 dengue attacks, he's perfectly normal now. Don't think just because you have dengue, you'll die. YOU WON'T!

My point still stands, be happy! I'm not a doctor but I'll guarantee that'll fix it! :) :) :)

zikre ilahi kerty rha kro dil ko sukoon ajayega , thats for sure 100 percent
medical side: consult good doctor n psychologist as well , there is no shame in that , infact in europe it is v common practice to consult psychologist without on casual basis. here in subcontinent people think that psychologist are only to be consulted in the case of complete mental outburst or in clear n present danger ; which is ofcouse misconception
i wish u quick recovery

Big Rock Candy Mountain.
Go to a reputable psychologist, as many others have stated. Just do it. It will help you. You have to do something to get rid of these feeling, they are not gonna go away automatically. Time heals everything but to quicken up the process consult some help. Like Fkhan said people in the western world consult professionals on the most stupidest things. Your case is actually worth consulting someone.

Go to a better hospital, not money hogging ones. Like Agha Khan, Shaukat Khanum. Agha Khan is technically VERY advanced, or so I've heard.

You need to get yourself checked and you need to put your focus on the right things. There's no point in being concerned about the inevitable. It's your health problems that, I presume, are at the root of all this. But the good news is that they can be dealt with. The first thing you need to do is of course, to get yourself an appointment with a good doctor, not a psychologist. Because from what I can make out of your first post, it is your physical health that put you in this gloomy mood in the first place, so that's probably what's causing the fears and the depression. Now, don't let the depression feed on your will and prevent you from seeking proper medical attention.

Once your physical health starts to better, your mental health will follow suit.

All the best.

Simple, start reciting dua's for any reason. They are your best companion in all dire needs
Start creating a believe, you life is in the hands of ALLAH, he can take u up by him in a second and let u live for a million years. Start reciting dua's...... Nothing much. It is a 2 min daily routine.
