Na, Jam Hearts are separate biscuits, Cream Hearts are black in color with white cream. Again, an oversized Rite/Oreo. Yum! You should try dipping them in tea. PRICELESS!

I want some too!.

Never tried them or saw them, but i ate lots and lots and lots of Jam hearts. They are yummy too. Specially dipped in tea.
