Sehri: 2.5 parathas with yogurt, fried egg and chicken curry. Lots of Lassi and a bit of water.
Aftari: Pakoray, samosay, fried chicken and lots of lal pani (roh afza) :p

and no dinner for me so that i can eat loads of stuff in sehri :p

Sehri: Noodles and 3 glasses of water. Sometimes I have cake though, if there is some in the fridge :p
Iftaari: Samosas and Pakoras and rolls and Roof Afza, obviously :p
Dinner: Nothing... I'm too full after Iftar xD

Usually, tea, bread, paratha and 3 glasses of water (or Rooh Afza!) in the Sehri.
For Iftar, I like Rooh Afza (or water) with Home-made Chicken Rolls and later a a cup of tea.

So now we want to know that what people are eating during Sehri and Iftari as if some kind of contest is going to take place?

This is not what ramadan is about. Think about FASTing more.

And by the way; don't eat junk food. Eat healthy food.

I have dinner + I'm still hungry at Sehri...

I dunno something is wrong with me, sometimes I don't even feel like eating a thing and sometimes no matter how much I eat I'm still hungry like today....

2nd Iftari = Seekh Kababs, Kalay Cholay, Haleem, Dahi Baray, Samosay, Pakoray, Mango-Shake and ZamZam

Guys to be honest with you all. Dont eat to much or anything at dawn (sehri) especially salun and paratha cuz next morning you'll start having horrible smelled burps (khutay dikar). Just drink 9 or 10 glass of water

iftari:dhahi bhary,chat,cholay,roll,juices/coke etc.
dinner:the above things are too much for my tummy but sometimes fruits

p.s=no tea it makes u BLACK :p and i workout everyday

What's the point of drinking 9 glasses of water? o_O

Yes you should drink atleast 8-12 glasses of water per day but drinking them all at once does no good.....too much water makes me puke.

Sehri: 1 Parahata with Saalan and butter, 4 glasses of water, Hershey's Chocolate (or whatever chocolate is available), and a bowl of yogurt.

Iftari: The traditional fried stuff, and fruit chat.

Dinner: Nothing.

Err... no. I'm thin as stick. I don't eat much even when I'm not fasting. It takes me a long time before my tummy starts nudging my appetite.
