U've got 667Mhz rams may be it's creating the problem 4 u Plus ur processor is also a bit of a problem.

Another guy on this forum bought GTS250 and reviewed it and his results in somebenchmarks were even better than mine he was using E7200 at stock.

Who cares, it's only a synthetic benchmark. It's the real world performance that matters.

@Fajoo the card is listed on Czone website and it's stated that the card has 192SP's.

please note that you have a small sized display. Any GPU on that resolution shall perform. This doesnt mean that you should keep the ichill stuff.
Rule of thumb, galaxy misguided. They should return your amount.

nopes man, not any gpu, i was using 9600 gt and it started to stutter in recent games on full details....btw i they agreed to refund the full amount but after receiving feedback, looking at the performance of gpu and minor difference in performance of 216 and 192 sps, plus its cooler, awesome temperature and factory oclock, I have decided to keep it.....

if i was in ur place i would never keep it..
this card is nothing as compared to the 4870!!!!

get the 4870 1gb version...
u will be much more happy...and ur cpu is heavily bottle necking ur GPU..
u neeed a CPU upgrade more then a GPU upgrade..
dont opt for the normal card!!!

yar i checked many reviews and about 70% of reviews had 192 sp 260 ahead of 4870 overall...........yep cpu is bottlenecking but not heavily and i will upgrade cpu in sometime.....I had till evening 6pm to return it but after checking the performance and different reviews plus advises, i decided to keep it....

Yes burhan i have just spoke to them and they say that it is 192 sp version, we didn;t find link for 192 sp version, so we mentioned 216version link (what a lame reason)....anyways, they can refund me full money if i want and i have till 6 pm evening for returning it......

Now, the other option i had was his 4870 1gb but i just found out that the one available on galaxy is not iceq version (although link goes to iceq), so cannot go for it either and don't wanna spend any more money.....

I have seen reviews and found that the difference between 192 and 216 sp gpus is very minor, max. of 5 avg fps......so i am thinking of keeping it as it is becoz the temp. performance is very good...............So wht do you suggest burhan??

Faraz Bhai. GPU-z (older than 0.3.3) worried me in the same manner when I installed my previous MSI GTX260 OCV2 in my PC and ran GPU-z to confirm if I got a 55nm or 65nm. GPU-z 0.3.1 displayed i got a 65nm but once i updated my GPU-z to 0.3.4 it displayed correct version. B1 revision and 55nm. Please note that A2 are 65nm. B1 are 55nm. Try updating GPU-z and see if it displays the same?

If you are inclined towards HD4870 you can get it changed with either HIS or XFX. No problem if it is not in ICEQ. At 35% fan speed my HIS HD4870 idles at 50'C and under load stays below 73'C. The fan is pretty silent at 35% too. One can also put a shortcut to fan profile in startup items folder and the fan will be adjusted at bootup so no overheating or idling at 70'C problem. HD4850 with reference cooler is an other story though. One has to edit the fan speed vs temperature curve in BIOS and reflash it to solve it permanently.

hmm yes u came quite late to the thread......thanx, abay vantage download karna paray ga and score thaka hoa hi aega usmein processor ki waja se......han chakkar lagao, lash lagta hai jab 3no fans chaltay hain, helicopter .......warhead chal raha hai pani ki tarah 2xaa and enthusiast par , soch raha hon dobara end karlon....temps are really great, idling at 46 degrees and full load not crossing 55-56 degrees.

abay han yar czone ki waja se lash wali khwari bachi hai aaj, i was actually going to galaxy, tukkay mein czone chala gaya tha and they brought the gpu in around 20 mins .....btw mein ne unse kaha hai k thermal compunds import karwalain arctic silver 5 or similar, they said to email at their email address and they will consider it......guys are very courteous i must say.....

Are you aure that this PSU will be enough for this GPU? Because it seems kinda low to me. GTX260 requires 36Amps on +12v while this Asus PSU has only 30Amps.

its got 3 12v rails with 16A, 18A and 18A respectively. which means 52amps in total.

Congrats on the purchase Fajoo. nice stuff. 54 celcius on load means they really put one good cooler on that thing. maybe Inno really has turned the leaf for good.
