Hey guys finally bought a new laptop.

Its Core i5 with ATI 4330 512mb dedicated memory (will check how good it is) but surely sounds promising - bought a 1tb WD Mybook as well and cool looking A4 wireless mouse.

by the way in Dell Manual it says to charge 12 hours and before using on battery - should i really follow that? - and surely the laptop is a finger print magnet

4330 sounds weak but its performance surprised me. It was able to run every single game I tried. You will get good performance when AC power is on.

@Nomad - thanks for the tip. it is the best i could get in the budget i had - there were models of HP which had better GPUs but HP is very expensive. but atleast 4330 is would be way better than Intel's builtin GMA

yes these days load-shedding is at its peak in Lahore. previous years there was just enough time for UPS to charge but now its getting more and more.

initially i wanted to buy a core i7 system and sell my quadcore but cant run that on air so laptop was the best thing.this is my first laptop ever but i have used laptops but they were very slow in loading stuff etc. but this laptop is seriously fast. lets see what happens after installing tons of software. will install games may be today or tomorrow.
