Same. Call your lineman and ask him to fix my line.

My lineman literally came today and replaced the fuse which fixed my line. 2 hours later the parameters went back to being shit and i cant be arsed now [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]🤷*♂

Line man in our area is a jerk I even offered him money to fix my issue but he says it's from underground and didn't fix from a month.

I only got a 4mb but still parameters are shit and I'm getting 2mb only complaining everyday on their Twitter and helpline PTCL is a cruel company.

Go to your local exchange and ask for another lineman. Maybe that might help.

Fiberlink looks good but customer support is shit and takes too long to install. StormFiber is availible in my area and my neighbours had it installed in 6 days so i am opting for it. They also provide some GPON service which looks really stable. So yeah, if you have stormfiber in your area then go for it. Or you can also apply for VDSL or GPON ptcl if it is in your area, which are said to be stable with no disconnections too :)

My lineman changed some fuse or something from the pole. Just tell PTCL exchange to check and fix your line warna tum bill nahi do ge (thora rob jamao na :p) and hopefully they will fix.

Warna you can wait for StormFiber :)

New wire, that comes to your home from the pole. I think when I asked the helpline they said you need to pay according to the length of the wire.

What did you tell them when you requested for the line?

    I have a PS5 but I am not satisfied with the experience. I am currently saving for a 4080 64 GB rig soon. Bit will wait for Pro if performance improves. This gen has been so bad I don't plan on buying consoles anymore for AAA gaming.
