Fiberlink looks good but customer support is shit and takes too long to install. StormFiber is availible in my area and my neighbours had it installed in 6 days so i am opting for it. They also provide some GPON service which looks really stable. So yeah, if you have stormfiber in your area then go for it. Or you can also apply for VDSL or GPON ptcl if it is in your area, which are said to be stable with no disconnections too

Yep ! Browsing / Speed test / Streaming is fine at my side. But torrents are not reaching max speeds , despite of me trying multiple.

New wire, that comes to your home from the pole. I think when I asked the helpline they said you need to pay according to the length of the wire.
