    there is only one absolute settings for this TV and that is by selecting "Game" mode for inputs that are used with consoles or Computer. u can also use "PC" mode but i find the contrast a bit high

    I'm afraid your current PC won't be able to handle R9 290. Your current PSU isn't powerful enough for 290 and you'll have to upgrade it to run 290. And your current CPU is not strong enough to complement performance of 290. It will work, but to get full potential performance from 290 you should upgrade your CPU as well.
