You bought a very mediocre cooler I'm afraid. 60 degrees is just way too much for a cooler that size. I got 70 on my E6750 with a stock cooler and thermal paste completely worn off.

I dont know about the i7. I'm comparing a Q6600 with a E6750 which are similar in thermal standards. My load temp @ 3.3Ghz is 52-53. I'm pretty sure even if I take it to 3.6 it wont go into the 60s. And my idle temp is 31 degrees

How can you compare a quad with a dual core?
I know they are both 65nm but still, they are way different if we talk about the heat they produce.
and Q6600 is notorious for the heat it produces.
Looks good to me, give it 200hrs runtime or around a week to set in.
For our weather, and the chip oc'd the results look fine to me. Anything under 70c for an oc'd chip is good enough in my opinion

core 1 and core 2 and giving high tems and core3 and 4 are giving low temps..almost 5 to 6 degree difference between 1,2 and 3,4...whats the cause?
Btw i dont really believe on every gora review what ever the product they have to review usually outperforms against other product
when i was buying hyper212plus i saw some reviews it was outprforming than v8 with singl fan setup and in some reviews it was just fine
so dont really rely some much on reviewes results as they have different ambients and depends on case air flow etc
ok guys after checking what went wrong i think i got the problem, i ran occt for 20mins just to check the temps and here is the result.

I have heard that it is now unplayable in countries which do not support handful of third world countries not recognized by Sony like Pakistan. Steam is a true global platform. Then they cry that console gaming is dying.
You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
