Congrats, thats a really good cooler. Those are decent temperatures, plus AS5 needs a 200hr time period to break in so it's hopefully going to get better day by day.
Nice rig, though I second the opinion that a black interior of casing would give the orange an even much better look.
What did you use to clean the cpu's old thermal residue?

your Q6600 is G0 or B3 stepping?
Q6600 VID?
your Room temperature during OCCT testing?

i hope that the results will be improved, because AS5 takes around 200 hours to give full performance

It only settles down when processor is being loaded after different intervals of time.

hmm, try to clean it with Alcohol cleaner, which is available at every medical store

your VID is not bad,

what was room temp. while running OCCT?

Push/Pull should make a significant difference.
Simple tissue with water or what since the its stuck on the cpu and something with alcohol content is recommended to clean it properly without leaving any micro residue?

ok guys i installed a 2nd fan and the results are :crying::crying:.........im sure i have done somthing wrong during installation..i ran occt for 30mins (i thought it was for 30 mins but it was running for 60mins so i cancelled it after 30mins) and im not sure whats the room temp but temp inside cas as shown on zalman fan controller were 38 36 37 39.so room temp should be arround 40..

i don't think there is anything wrong with your cooler installation
this is an expected result with nowadays weather

40c to 70 is quite high i think the cooler is not sittied properly
and use the method of thermal paste application what they company suggested

Its only because you have done something wrong, weather isn't that bad.
If we say its because of weather then people with stock cooler must be touching 100C.
