Dude you should have checked PG's MGO scene. It was insanely fun. And I agree with [MENTION=6946]amaga[/MENTION] that it was probably the best 3rd person shooter MP experience.

Also the reason it got terminated was because the associated servers had a contract of 3-4 years. Once that contract was fulfilled MGO was bound to have its service ended.

The problem with your argument is that you pass a general statement for console exclusives, whereas in fact, you're basically talking about 3rd party console exclusives. They were already on a decline during the last generation. There were only a handful of franchises that weren't on PC, and even those eventually started to appear on the platform (e.g. Street Fighter IV, Dark Souls, Metal Gear Rising). MGS is one of the last remaining 3rd-party franchises that weren't on PC.

As for 1st-party console-exclusives, they're actually on the rise. Microsoft didn't care much for exclusives last-gen, but they do now, and that's evident from their 1st-party line-up. Similarly, Sony is doing a great job of pushing its 1st party AAA games as well as indie titles.

Sony and PC are focusing a bit on Indie games more and it is public a good choice for public and they are cheap games but PC Developers and SCE forget that

There are plenty upcoming ones from smaller studios that qualify as 'AAA' given that their budget and production values are higher than what one would expect from a typical indie game. And that's not a bad thing, of course. Far from it. Such games are usually very creative.

Yes, I totally preached that about games like Journey last gen.

Indie games aren't where they used to be several years ago. They're more ambitious, and bigger in terms of scope.
