Do Cardio for fat burning - Not a professional but trying hard these days to become oneassalam o alaikum n guys i m new to the fitness n gym workout, I have recently started it so I dont know much about it, everything is seem to working fine and I am working quite harder at it too and trying to be regular with it .. now I need help regarding diet from some experienced guys up here .. my actual focus is on physical fitness and be strong rather then only body building .. so I am doing a lot more fitness exercises that includes a lot a exercises outside gym like pushups ..
So now each day I am feeling that my body needs more power in diet as I do get a lil exhausted after doing my workout I am taking the regular diet and try to add 1 banana milk shake daily to it plus I am eating a lot nowadays still I think i need some professional advice regarding it like some vitamins and proteins? so kindly advice me according to my work out (as my focus is only on physical fitness), any good suppliments that I should use? kindly name them and from where I can get them in LHR and how to eat them? like how much quantity before my work out and after etc .. help would be appreciated .. but I think I really need them as I feel dizzy and weak without them and on just proper diet (I already have a slim figure and my waist is 32 so issues with the fat)
thats not entirely correct. you should always divide your meals into carbs/proteins/healthy fats. your body can only take certain amount of protein per day. take more than that and ull end up pissing it off. which will be a rather expensive piss btw a good combo will be 40/40/20 combination of proteins/carbs/fats.Well , You really don't need to eat a lot ! my benchpress is the same as your normal one. max i went was 130kgs with the help of a spotter. but ever since i came here i dont have any spotter@Joker
My Max bench press... 152kg...one rep only,,,,normally i do 90-100kg for 10 to 12 reps
Deadlift ...i havent done it often but have tried around 160kg...just a single rep though
Squat...170 kg....half squats(sitting on bench and stand up)..6 reps done
ur focusing your biceps and your forearms hurt ? u must be doing it wrong. are u using preacher curl machine to do biceps curl or just manually with a curl rod?Guys need help
I recently increased my weights with bicep curls and I notice a strong sharp pain in both of my forearm. This isnt a normal pain that you usually feel when lifting a weight that is too heavy. I feel this sharp pain down to my bone. Even though I feel like my biceps are good to do more reps, my forearms get in such pain that I have to stop before failure. Is there something going on that I should be worried about?
Also it hurts most when i'm doing biceps curls through rod or ez rod and when i put the rod down.
i lift about 20k total in 1st set, 2nd set: 24kg , 3rd set:25kg+
i have stopped going to gym from this monday cause of this and applying mooov cream on both of my forearm.
Should i go for an x-ray or something?
p.s:i doubt it's aint a broken bone or cracks otherwise i would felt the pain even afterwards

PS: i always see some ppl in this thread who accuse others of taking steroids/supplements. this isnt really good. i goto bodybuilding.com forums everyday. more frequently than i come here. that forum has more than 1lac users all over the world. and its very nice the way they talk and criticize each other(positive criticism). so if uve got nothing better to say or dont have a positive criticism, plz keep your negative ideas to yourself as u have no idea how hard it is and how much effort and strict diet it requires to get something like this..
I too ride bicycle a lot and its really funny pain when riding after legs day..I have to cycle to university/gym almost every day. Going there is a downhill slope but coming up is one tough son of a b*tch because of the uphill slant. It's a 2.3km journey, 4.6km if you include the way back. Sometimes I have to go to the university in the morning and then bike to the gym at night, making it 9.2km of bike riding -4.6km of uphill cycling- per day.
Is this too much cardio? I can't really help it because other means of transport here in Malaysia are very expensive. I also cycle to the gym and then cycle uphill back from the gym, sort of like a post-workout cardio session.
Just wanted to ask if this sort of lifestyle will have any sort of consequences on my muscle gains. I've lost a lot of weight, which is good, because I can visibly see my abs now, but I just want to make sure I'm not overdoing it.
Also, if you guys can advise what I should do on my leg days because riding back hurts like a Abuses will lead to ban after heavy squatting and leg presses.
