Seems like you missed all the fun in the Crysis 3 thread :lol:

I am sure that you didn't see the tons of posts in the OT of every game, once a game is cracked for PC. 90% of PC gamers just post about cracks or issues with them and the rest 10% actually bother saying anything about the game. TR was good but AC 3 and Crysis 3 were disaster in that case.

Dishonered was 91 meta on PC and 90 is the minimum i expect it on the highest reviewed platform. My predictions are 92-94, might seem higher but just look at Bioshock 1 & 2 score and you will understand :p

Else ill be playing it on a 1.8Ghz Pentium Dual Core like a Boss

From what we've seen so far, this has all the ingredients of a success story. Infact I'll be amazed if it scores lower than Dishonoured on Metacritic.

Levine hasn't really given any specifics, but he's very enthusiastic about it. You can expect a bounded box implementation that is similar to that of KZ3.

But yeah, given the slew of enhancements the PC version boasts, I'm sure it'll be well worth it ;)

Wouldn't mind getting this one steam. Unfortunately, I'm all out of moola, so will wait a while till i watch the angry Joe or Ben yahtzee's review.

But if the IGN dude is saying anything, the 360 version has crappy textures ;)

Ken Levine has supported Sony and i am sure this time PS3 will be the preferred version by DF, especially in terms of IQ. I have it downloaded, will start playing it today and post my impressions.

Just booted the game on PS3 and was greeted with the PS3 move screen, confirming its support in the game :D

Also @Chandoo might be happier to hear that their is a "Unlocked Frame Rate" Option in PS3 version so it could be the same for 360 version.

I will definitely repeat it with PS Move :yay:

yep, unlocked is good for repeated play throughs but definitely not recommended for first time on console.

Anyways, this game shows another 32 MB update, just like for all the leaked games. Dunno what it really fixes though.

Another thing to add is the impressive PS Move support. There is a very diverse range of options for PS Move controls, which shows that it is just not a shoved addition(Kinect for ME 3) and is greatly worked on. We can use a different set of control schemes for PS Move ranging from "Standard" to "Expert" control schemes.

I just started through the initial area and OMG, it is one heck of a gorgeous looking game, even on consoles. I didn't notice any muddy textures, infact the art style and the subtle lighting, along with the rainy effects in the beginning area made this one heck of a gorgeous looking gem.

I am downloading the update for now. Will properly start it after a while.

Also their is a Season Pass right on the Main Menu. Plenty of DLCs should be expected for this one, i assume.

    I have a PS5 but I am not satisfied with the experience. I am currently saving for a 4080 64 GB rig soon. Bit will wait for Pro if performance improves. This gen has been so bad I don't plan on buying consoles anymore for AAA gaming.

    Consoles were my main platform ever since Atari 2500. But now I think it's not worth it as PC especially with DLSS deliver far smoother performance. AW2 on console didn't even had ray tracing and ran below 30fps. Similar issues plagues DD2 on consoled.
