K3yser : ok so for whom you are actually working hard for? your family isnt it?

rather working 10 hours in office its potentially way far important that you spend 1 hour making a friendship attempt with your kid.

yeah goes w/o saying but cmon! admit its difficult to make 'valuable' time after going thru the days motions... add to that our 'shared hobbies' and you barely got any time left. guess its all part of the game hunh? on my part my sis/brothers are giving me a great practice run already... :)
Spoiler: show

Pakistani teen sets self on fire because he can’t afford school uniform

and now this....WHATS HAPPENING TO NEW GENERATION>>>TOOMUCH TV I SUPPOSE?
Mubeen, a student of Grade VII, returned home on weekend from hostel of International Public School and committed suicide later in the night by hanging himself with rope tied around his neck.
Before taking his life, Mubeen wrote a letter to his parents, expressing his frustration over hostel life and treatment of teachers in the school. The student complained that he was penalized for speaking Urdu in the class and had to pay Rs 5 as fine. (seriously is this so bad that one commits suicide?)

In his letter, Mubeen wrote to his mother that she should not weep so long on his death. He also requested his parents not to send his sisters to hostel. Mubeen wrote that more details were written in his diary that was in his cupboard.

The deceased was laid to rest in his native village after funeral prayers.

Talking to media, Mubeen’s father said cruel school teachers had killed his son. He said that Mubeen was complaining about the school management for a long time and left this world before his parents could manage to arrange his migration to some other school.

According to MD Pakistan International School Ijaz Akbar, Mubeen never complained about the school management and nobody in the school misbehaved with him.
Not a coward psycho generation.

Just a generation with the foot hard on the accelerator.

Live fast, think fast, run fast, do fast, die fast.

Its just an insane race their life, to just get up and run and do something

No destination.
They don't want to stop and think.

It can't work that way.

From depression, anxiety to straight up suicide?

Kids these days need to slam the brakes and take it easy. Live each day.

But hell no, they wanna achieve everything in the blink of an eye and when that goes wrong their reaction is equally strong and morbid.

God help us all.
I like how a bunch of namby-pamby Bourgeois kids on a video game forum see themselves fit to judge a poor lower class kid. Because if someone can understand the despair that comes with being poor and living in a war-torn area, it's probably the people who waste their time and money on video games.

What you people have said here is the stupidest thing I have ever read. At no point did you utter anything that resembles rational thought. Everyone in this this thread is stupider for having read it. I will award you no like and may God have mercy on your souls.

Exactly what part of anything Me or Crash said has anything to do with classism or smirking upon the poor?

All the opinions that you so lovingly despise are all about a "generation", particularly the current generation, which is bent on running through everyday at light speed.

Do you really believe that people here on PG are rich spoiled brats?

You sir, have no rational explanation for anything.

Your blind hatred and arrogance is shameful.

taubaa ALLAH Muaaf karay ALLAH bachaay rakhay , Hum Muslim hain Hum sub main MASHALLAH say Jazbaa - e Eemaan hai Islam ka jazbaa hai aur yeh hum sub ko hamesh say yeh hi sikhaata hai keh Jaan denay waalay say jaan bachaanay wala hamesha bara hotaa hai , aur khudkushi karnaa haraam hai yeh aik aisaa amal hai jiss ki koyi muaafi nahi , yeh sun kar aur iss tarhaa ki news sun kay dil bohot hi ziyaada ranjeeda hoo jata hai , meray khayaal say sara massla HOSTELS kaa hai aur school ya college kay useless pathetic senseless rules and regulations ka hai , jiss nay hum sub poori Pakistani nation say Aik behtaren student waste kar diyaa hai , In my point of view parents who are unable to raise there children by themselves because parents are reckless of there duties ,not loving there children not encouraging there children , they just put off there duties from there shoulder and hand it over to HOSTELS And boarding schools , where this kind of tragedies happening everyday . Life of teenage cute and sweet little boys and girls are ruined , why do the parents have to send there children to boarding schools ??? they are very much of cost ... All Pakistan nation will be ruined due to this acts..

RAJNI I wasn't expecting such a serious post from you man. You are right about everything.

in that case I blame parents like you who breed horses for race rather their childrens, I mean leme ask a simple question, why was that kid being ignored by his parents when he talked to them at first??? leme give you a hypothetical conversation between them and thats what literaly happens in 98% cases.

Son : abbu mujhay hostil nahi jana
Father : kiyon hostil nahi jana
Son: (confused with many reason but cant find a proper word) buss mujhay acha nahi lagta
Father : (thinking hmm he must be getting hard education... chalo acha hai is kay liyeah ) beta acha bura kuch nahi hota buss perhaye hoti hai.
Son : abbu per mujhay hostil nahi jaana wahan app loog nahi hai
Father : gives a child typical shutup call and end of conversation.

I mean did his parents even bother listening him correctly, are we being parents are only to HOLD them from every thing rather letting them think freely and give them an oppertunity to do what ever they want in our own supervision, what will happen they fall for once, twice but what will they learn is how to LIVE!!!!!!

I dont agree to what you guyz think but its we being parents ( if there are anyone else besides me) who are responsible for such acts its we who need to change the mentality rather calling our kids psycho.

Well, We're too busy being adults and too busy trying not to understand the situation.

Two almost similar incidents in such a short span of time only make you wonder how parents are treating their duties.

Most of the TV addicts and PC addicts do eventually suffer from anxiety or depression at some point of their life too.

But the main thing is Self Control here. From the initial ages of a kid a father should make him understand that he should share every damn thing to his father no matter its bad or good and suicide or something lame like that is just a NO go specially in our religion.

Strong buildup = Better self control.

peoples are not same .... the best way i think parents should ignore, keep silent when the son do something wrong rather than being angry..

WTF in this situation i always said on sentence that our half of life is wasting to learn languages..
when a kid birth then our family members force to learn mother tongue
after learning that and admission to school teacher force to learn national language
after learning national language when we going to do any job then it requires to learn international language

languages arent abilities ... for example check out China, japan, germany etc

Suna hai na:

Shair ka aik din Geedar k 100 din say behtar hia.

He must muster courage and tell his relatives/parents/someone he trusts so that this hell would have been over for him. I don't know how it would feel to be molested or something but if something like that had happened with me, and I were very young, like 10 or so years old, I would have either taken care of it myself, or told about it to my parents.

Whenever I don't have enough courage to do things, I just barge in like that Battlefield 3 intro man and do it.

Maybe you shouldn't post in this thread any further. Things aren't as simple as you're making them out to be.

... And the court is set for the judgement of a VII grader that the judges know nothing about. Judges who blame the new generation for acting in much too haste and at the same time, waste not a second before jumping to their smug verdicts.

Keep calm and carry on brothers.

Yeah right, blame the kid but don't blame our institutions! ..... yes we are cowards, psychos since 1947! and the future generation would also consider us cowards and psychos! , that doesn't make even a slight difference to our attitudes and behavior!
