no not until you got the original Dvd or u have the latest LT+ which isn't released yet , so you have to wait

um yes of course you will be able to get the LT+ in UAE, there're a few shops in the Blue Souq. They charge a bit high but they are good and reliable guys, i get all my 360 repairs and games from there. So hopefully we'll get the LT+ mod when it arrives.

found this post on that 360 iso site and amazingly it works for me (credit to the poster there). Only try it if u meet the requirements

The procedure is simple, but has two important requirements: have the dash version 9199 (with another update this method is obsolete, because the KINECT ADVENTURES/ANIMALS updates can not be installed) and LiteOn DVD.The way to avoid the AP25 is (follow the steps one by one, and in order):

1-Install update Kinect adventure. Unzip the file UPDATE-KINECT-ADVENTURES.rar, place it on a pendrive formatted in FAT32, place it on the console and turn on.

2-Delete the folder from the pendrive, and unzip the second file UPDATE-KINECT-ANIMALS.rar

3-Install update Kinect animals, in the same way as above.

4-Place the DVD of AC: B, will be asked to update. OK, (this update will be changed or something like that, probably a bug or exploit, because you have installed the previous two) and enjoy...

Important: do not patch the AC: B, or not be able to install the update included in the game.
Important 2: if you want to upgrade with the NFS game, they are not guaranteed to work.

If you have Flash 1.6, use activate.iso, without changing the wave (wave 9).

NOTE: The two updates, were extracted from the iso of each game.

^^I went and checked the thread on the site and after the 9th page when people actually tried the method they say that IT WORKS, someone on PG needs to try this thing.

it works for me. if u can find the orignal thread on that website read over all the pages and u will know. at that forum also ppl thought it was impossible but when they actually tried it worked

if u have flagged console with 9199 dashboard try it. what do u have to lose?

^^Ok dude, I just applied both updates, and I have the new Kinect dash showing up but the avatars aren't working which means the update isn't complete, Is that how It worked for you?

now all u need is assassin creed game. run da game and it will ask for another update. when update is done u will get ur avatars back and ass creed shud also work for u

Rejoice X360 Lite-ON, 9199 dash owners! Assassins Creed Brotherhood works!

I've been getting desperate by the day to get my hands on assassin's creed and seeing that I couldn't find the original game anywhere around here I went for some 'other' methods to play the game. Finally found a method which works for xbox owners.

Requirements:

1) Dashboard 9199
2) LITE-ON drive
3) Iextreme 1.6 (Atleast that's what I'm using so this one is confirmned, others I dunno. It will probably work too)
4) FAT32 formatted usb drive

All you gotta do is..... ****Pending Mods permission to describe the method....****

This is totally soft mod, and it has nothing to do with hardware tampering, unless you're not certain of what drive you got, all u gotta do is yank the faceplate and check which drive u got. Not much of a hardware work involved ..

and what's great? XVAL 2.0 is showing "sec data is clean".
Hell yeah!

@ mods: I'll disclose how I did it if you allow me to, since I'm not sure sharing this is allowed or not...
