Hi guys, so I decided to build a decent PC for gaming!

This is NOT the best PC on PG whatsoever. It might be one of the sexy ones :p

Specs:

Processor: Core i7- 4790K

Motherboard: Gigabyte ATX 6gb/s LGA 1150

RAM: Patriot 2x8GB-2133 Viper III Red

GPU: EVGA GTX 980Ti- 6GB

SSD: Crucial 500GB

HDD: Toshiba 3TB-7200RPM

CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken x61

PSU: EVGA SuperNova G2 850W @80+ Gold

Chasis: Corsair Carbide Air 540

Mouse: Razor Deathadder Chroma

Fan Controller: NZXT Sentry 3

Keyboard: Havit Lammergeier Gaming Keyboard

Monitor: Acer XB270HU 27in QHD Nvidia G-Sync (IPS Display- 144hz)

lovely build ..u could have added a aio water cooler but still lovely hardware . xlean .

Thanks bro....yes I'll probably get a water block next....although this cooler is a beast...haven't seen the CPU peak above 35C yet....maybe I'll try stressing it some more

Amazing choice of monitor, much better than the old ROG Swift and even the new one despite it's IPS Panel and higher refresh rate of 165hz it just has too many QC issues.

What is your location, mate? And did you have any backlight bleed, IPS glow or any dead pixels with the monitor? Great build altogether.

That chassis is love, I had to go custom water cooling so went with 900D but later down the road I might get that or the like of that chassis myself. It's so good looking in-person and so many mods that can be done for it.

yes the chassis is awesome....it's the most ergonomic, enthusiast friendly body I've come across. The airflow and the space inside is wonderful.

I didn't see any bleeds or glows with the monitor. I played Rainbow Six Seize last night with 144hz and everything maxed out.......they weren't kidding....it was ultra smooth. It was even smoother than the Alienware + 980ti amplifier. So kudos to this monitor

Most people who hate on G-Sync and call it a fad are the ones who never tried it, although at that high refresh rate it doesn't seem visible to many but to people like me I want perfection and even a slightest improvement is easy for me to spot. I'm glad you're liking the monitor but do run a blacklight bleed test, dead pixels test and what not and LMK.

This is from their same line of monitor that I have right now, 4K G-Sync which was and still the best right now for gaming 4K. There are others out now such as 4K ROG Swift but again .. QC issues are a lot, I'll be bringing in two or three monitors back with me from States after testing them thoroughly there. Not going to risk importing this time, lol.

For real though, glad you're liking the monitor and about the chassis .. I most likely will go for that when I want to put the chassis on the desk itself instead of a floor or something else. Putting computers on floor is a no brainer anyway but I've been doing that for past couple of years with 800D and 900D for some reasons and will work on rectifying that soon InshaAllah.

Looks very neat man, I love the simplicity of the whole build altogether. The desk, the build, the management ... it's just all very tasteful and nothing tacky.
I moved to Islamabad couple years ago and house has been busy with repairs and construction since then and I haven't really been home, thus I moved my computer desk from Karachi to here and it doesn't really bring the proper feeling to me. I can't wait myself to setup a new whole desk and home office in coming months either at this house or new one. Although I can't get away with the way you have there as I require a lot more stuff on my desk but something as simple and clean like that is the plan.

Lighting looks very nice, I ordered NZXT Sleeved LED cable as well and will be ordering NZXT Hue+ as soon as it becomes available to general public for proper lighting in 900D.

inshAllah you'll get your new setup soon. Make sure to put up pics asap when you do. As far as my desk space is concerned...its a challenge keeping it clean, I too have all my work related stuff there...but i enjoy the space even more when its in harmony.

I'm merely talking about my desk and all, I'll probably get around to it when I'm back in the country or most likely in a new house accordingly so that's gonna take more than a few months as construction for new house has yet to begin.
Yeah, keeping everything clean in that manner is a Abuses will lead to ban for sure but if you're OCD like me then it's not much of a problem lol.
