Hey guys. So i decided to finally go for TES. Just a few questions regarding their service.

1) Do they suffer from any disconnections/packet loss? 100% uptime?
2) Are pings really 'a lot' better since they're tier 1 providers and have no ISP hop in between?
3) Do they help in terms of re-routing in case destinations have shitty pings?

Can confirm, if commercially a route exists they are pretty good at it.

what pings do u get on bf4 / bf1 and other latest online games - on ptcl its usually 120 - 150 pings , so what do u get

What I fail to understand is why not start from Islamabad or banigala why phase 2 dha. humein kyun nai yeh nayatel k limited bandwith packages and horrendous speed say Azad kartay

I doubt they'll expand anywhere beyond the few houses they serve in DHA. All these small FTTH companies have been operating in Lahore/Karachi forever and even there they have barely expanded their footprint. Maybe that's why they're able to offer high speeds at low rates. Who knows.

Small FTTH companies? Transworld have their own submarine cables.

Most of these FTTH companies operate in the Posh areas. There is rarely any service provided in the common areas.

They aren't a small company because they haven't fully concentrated on the residential market yet.

It's also not as simple for others as it is for PTCL.

OK then what portion of corporate sector are they covering?

Nayatel doesn't seem to have any problem competing with PTCL in the twin cities. It's available in far more areas than PTCL's GPON.

well i got this guy come over to my gaming zone the other day and said he is from transworld etc i had no idea who he was so i said let me look at tarrif and damn 16k for the device was offputting for me... charges seem good though.. is it good for gaming and or gaming zones ? currently have ptcl 12mb and it gives issues and lags in games at times. especially in evening time

Hi there. I have been a user of Stormfiber since August and never faced any down time or anything like that. I was thinking to switch to TES but I want some reviews of PECHS users. Hows the TES support, etc. I will use it primarily for gaming.. Is it good decision to switch to TES

Don't have the numbers but TW provides bandwidth to all telcos (apart from UFONE), Telenor's sole bandwidth provider atm is TW.

I'm in Phase 2 so I'll probably be getting the 50Mbps package. Paying similar price for 10Mbps so this would be a massive upgrade.

paying for that DEVICE 16k isnt too steep ? plus no instalment plan on that either... ptcl is upgrading their packages aswell due to this. i heard that TES has its own bandwidth and submarine cable etc.. not linked with ptcl too. true ?

They operate TW-1 and SEA-ME-WE-5 submarine cable in Pakistan. Installment plans (6-12 months) are available for all packages apart from 20mbps -> Lahore Packages - Transworld Enterprise Services

shit man no instalment plans for 20mb wth 20mb is more than enough.. i guess 30mb it is than, ptcl is seriously crapping up on me man, i think i just might do this with instalment plan... heard good things for this

so single band ont cant upgrade to 70 or 100mb later on correct ? since they got this UNIT purchased they gotta do another purchase for dual band if they want 70 or above packages.
