There is no Fast Path on VDSL. For better stability it is set to Interleave. That's what I know, correct me if I'm wrong.

No you can't. There is no fast path on VDSL connections.
If you want lower latency, only GPON can give you that.
their internet bandwidth is mostly 100% oversubscribed, thays why we never get full speed during peak times, where as other private providers have not done that heavy oversubscribing on their networks
PTCL 20 mbps speedtest ptcl is master of throttling internet.

and my line man says why you have upgraded to 10 mbps package, go back 1 mb it will be stable, called him from 10 am to 5 pm, says he will be coming in half hour, besides guys is there any way to get them to work 1218 complaint never works ?

As you can see below, doing an nslookup using TES and Google DNS results in the same IP, however with CloudFlare, it redirects you to another one, apparently hosted in Russia.

It's not so much an issue, more like a privacy feature of CloudFlare.
Don't think opening a ticket will help, but try it and see what they say.

Have you tried with a different cable?I am getting very high ping to my local vdsl router on lan with a wired connection, what could be the reason?

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit. -
