There is no Fast Path on VDSL. For better stability it is set to Interleave. That's what I know, correct me if I'm wrong.

No you can't. There is no fast path on VDSL connections.

If you want lower latency, only GPON can give you that.

their internet bandwidth is mostly 100% oversubscribed, thays why we never get full speed during peak times, where as other private providers have not done that heavy oversubscribing on their networks

No you can't. There is no fast path on VDSL connections.

As you can see below, doing an nslookup using TES and Google DNS results in the same IP, however with CloudFlare, it redirects you to another one, apparently hosted in Russia.

The Cloudfare IP is taking packets to a blackhole. Google and OpenDNS give the same (and ping-able) IP, Level 3 and C&W give other IPs which are also ping-able. Cloudfare and Quad 9 don't want to play nice.

It's not so much an issue, more like a privacy feature of CloudFlare.

Don't think opening a ticket will help, but try it and see what they say.
