After 3 months I realised all this time I have been assigned higher upload speed than I should get. On a 30mbps package you're supposed to get 7.5mbps upload, but my profile has been set to 11 mbps.
Same here everything stopped.
I can access to my server though ip on internet but unable to browse any page .

Somewhat better. Getting 6MB instead of 4. May be full 8MB will be restored in few hours. Was getting 3MB last night.
