i am facing problem i eject disk from ps3 after a long time atleat after 3 months now problem is that disk came out but blue light is still on and i m not able to insert disk in it . its become hard like wall i tried to on and off did hard reset but blue light is still on
now what??

be gentle with it let the console off for few minutes and try to push back the disk with out power on if that works ?
Buy the latest slim model, they're much power efficient, free from any HW probs (YLOD) and are much quieter...
The latest models are: CECH-25xxA or CECH-25xxB, available in both 160GB and 320GB HDD dominations...
Most of the regions you'll find here in Karachi would be Region 3 or Region 2, Region 1s are hard to come by, but if you look in the PG Marketplace, you'll find a brand new Region 1 too...
My advice would be to go for a Region 2 one or a Region 1 one, as they have the X and O button for confirmation and cancellation respectively while the Region 3 ones have them swapped...
PAL, NTSC-J and NTSC-U/C are of the old era....
Sony with the release of PS3 converted them to simple Regions with numbers indicating these....
NTSC-U/C = Region 1 ------> U.S.A and Canada Region
PAL = Region 2 -------> Europe and The Middle East Region
NTSC-J = Region 3 ------> Asian Region
Like I said in my post before, the Region matters for the swapping of X and O button
Also, Blu-Ray movies are Region dependent...
Meaning, if you get a Region 2 PS3, you'll need Region 2 Blu-Ray movies to play on it, American or Asian ones won't work...
Games are 'REGION' free, meaning you can play any REGION game on the PS3
If you're in Karachi then I'd suggest you check Karavan Electronics...
They'll provide you with the cheap prices....
Also it would also be good to place a WTB thread in the PG marketplace, as there are many sellers there selling PS3 Slims Brand New @ below market price rates
You have to use a VGA box for those monitors, and the monitor also has to be HDCP compliant.

Will sony let me deactivate my account so that i can activate my ps3 (the new one) after activating 5 times?
Yes. I have one that. I deactivated my account from my old PS3 (which was already shared between 5 PS3s) and reactivated it on my new PS3.
Care should be taken that you should do this process ASAP. As in, when you deactivate the account from your old PS3, reactivate it on the new PS3 ASAP.
Nothing to worry about, it's just a precaution.
hey am playin crysis 2 on waninkoko V2 wid multiman , its working great throughout the gameplay sequence but the problem is dat during the brief cutscene dat u get after every mission , da games lags there , sumtimes alot , sooo i wanted 2 knw dat is it normal for it to lag or can it b fixed....??

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
