Considering that modders are asking anything from 1500-3000 rs. for modding I suggest you wait for LT which will hopefully be out in a month or two.

How abt the other games are they running fine without any texture issues or do they have the same behavior? If yes than try you should opt for hardware diagnose specially the GPU.
