Scammed by someone who imports items

So about a year ago I found someone who imported items from the US with amazing prices. I've used his service a total of three times and the last time I used his service I payed him in advance as the previous three transactions went smoothly and I trusted him. 10 months Ago I transferred a total of 80k and ordered bunch of electronics. So a month or two passed by and I asked him what caused the delay and he very vague at first. After three months he claimed that his son died and when I talked to him on the fourth month he claimed he had exams and his replies were very vague. Following the fifth month he made excuses and gave various deadlines which he failed to commit to. It's been around 10months now and his main mobile number is off. He took this page down (My Importz, owned by Bilal). If I remember correctly he used to be a premium seller on PG. So can anyone help me in tracking him down? I only have his dad's bank account.

Bilal aka LoydGanks? If memory serves me right he was introducted by TheRayed.
It was intitally an import thread made by him vouching for LoydGanks and then it went from there(Bilal gathered his own following).
Contacting him(Rayed) would be your best bet.

I don't have any behind the scenes facts as to what happened and it is pure speculation on my part that Rayed must have his whereabouts.
For what it's worth, I used LoydGanks service 5/6 times and it was more than satisfactory.
Evidently your mileage does vary.

If you have his dads bank account.
Deal it through him.

Not sure if you can get contact info in such cases from a bank.

I dont think he is a fraud cuz i myself had a deal with him and due to delay i cancelled the deal and he returned every single penny to me without deducting anything.

Yes he is the one. He had issues and still have till date ( as far i came to know from others ).

He has to give alot of ppl money ( came to know from ppl ). I got disconnected with him 1 year back as he had issues fullfulling orders. Initially he was fine, later on members had in serious complaints about his deliveries. His store was closed a year back due to order fullfulment policy and safety for pakgamers members.

So far I know upon calculating, amount is touching 30 to 50 lakhs to different ppl ( came to know from different source, approximately). At pakgamers, this was stopped earlier on and at that time, Bilal was fulfilling the orders with respect. Later on, I don't know what went on with his business, as he is " Himself " answerable to this. What ever he does with his business outside pg, it is solely concern. But somewhat ppl are connected to pakgamers, so the news comes on. Who ever feels to do so, it's his decision.

I am not sure now what is the situation!!!

Plus there are members that are still upto date waiting for their orders/payment which is not yet fulfilled, who paid him months back.

I myself have gone through the same misery with him. Bought sum stuff from him in the beginning and deals went more than ok.Then last year in april i sent him around 126k for sum computer equipment. for around 6 months he kept telling me tht the items are in usa and being collected there and then they got stuck in customs bla bla bla. fact was tht he never ordered them in the first place. so i asked him for a refund and he happily agreed but then he kept making excuses tht he is going through tough time and tht his daughter died etc etc. he has refunded half of my money and the other half still pending which he promised to send after eid but no sign of him now. tried calling him and all tht but no response whtsoever. he may have left pakistan to get away from all the heat from his customers ( JUST A PURE GUESS). so the only way to get our money back is through his dad. and how long before the father runs out of pakistan too? From the looks of the amount mentioned by junaid bhai in the upper post, u dont screw up ur customers for 40-50lacs just to stay in pakistan...

As far as I know TheRayed has been moved in USA couple of months ago, he closed his VPN business as well.

Has anyone been able to find out where he lives or any other details like that? Maybe it's time to file a case against him and his father with the FIA. It should be doable if there is a bunch of us.

I should jump in as well. I also had a deal with Bilal last November when i wanted to import two laptops on Black friday. Due to the tons of positive feedback i decided to give him a try.I paid 3 lac rupees for those laptops and still to this day i only received half of the payment after having 100000's of calls and endless excuses and lies he brought his father into play and paid me half the amount after 7 months. He still owe me 150k and its almost an year. I learned my lesson from my past two transactions. Never trust anyone. I mean anyone. Not even if someone claims to be as honest as an angel. Secondly if you want to import something never ever ever pay the full amount as if something goes wrong than you will be in a small loss.

The past 1 year was a good experience for me interms of learning my lessons :-D

Ma bhi phansa howa hon, I ordered a monitor for 68k on March 9th 2016. For two months he was saying the shipment is not reach Pakistan yet and after that he started saying custom is not clearing his stuff so I waited another month, then I asked for a refund and he start making excuses again that yar bohat tension ha 18-20 lakh ka samaan phansa howa ha. Mere Abu sare customers ko khud phone kar rhay hain etc. So before ramzan he asked me for bank details for refund, I gave him 2 accounts. Ab ghoot ki itne inteha ha k us ka ATM kaam nhi kar rha aur Dono account pay say no response ka message a rha ha according to him. Now he again insisted that he will clear my order from custom after ramzan, so I waited another month. After Eid his number was switched off, after couple of days I tired calling again, now he assured me he's send me my money on 14 July. So again nothing on 14 July, called him and he said still his ATM is not working then I said go to the bank and manually deposit the amount, he said OK and also said he asked his friend to send me my money through his account. Aur ab aaj ka din ha koi response nhi mobile bhi off ha

If anyone knows his home address then kindly pm it to me, I have all the record of our conversation (recorded calls, sms, fb chat etc)

I still think we should just report him to the FIA. Once him and his family is dragged through courts and police stations, he would cough up the money, even if he has to sell his house.
