What really saddens me is the fact that this is one of the reasons that we dont trust each other... Especially in this case given how many positive reviews and likes his page had.

TheRayed has always been a scammer. The guy is a total thief liar and a cheat.

He stole my PS3 game about 7 years ago and I could have ripped him apart then but it wasnt worth 5k.

But I was still surprised how he was allowed to operate on PG.

Well I should jump in too. I have dealt with Bilal bhai my first order went pretty smooth & I was really happy customer. However, the second time he didn't deliever on the said goods but I did get a full refund.

He lived like 10 mins drive away from my house so I did knew where he lived & have met him in person. He seemed like a nice guy I don't know what happened. It's sad really

Man this is some serious shitttt. I also dealt with him once ordered some books from Amazon, if i remember correctly his office was in Chaklala scheme 3 Rawalpindi.
but the worrying thing is all this happened here on PG, will put serious dent on PG Market credibility.

This didn't happen on PG. He was running this business through his Facebook page for some time now. Like Jshak said before, he was removed from PG a while ago.

My case goes around for more than a year now I paid him around 20k in Jan 2015 for few small items from Amazon...
Then it's the same case like all of you guys...
Excuses excuses and excuses
So i got fed up and told him that if he won't refund my money here then it will be delt with on the day of Judgment.
But knowing now what you guys have paid him and how much he owed each and everyone of us I think he would have gone underground by now.

I didnt really knew that he had done scamming on a forum like pg on this scale
I ordered books and stationary items from amazon through him and aside from a little delay things were fine most of the time
then i ordered one book that cost 5k and the import went late so i asked for a refund and he refunded in an instant

This person really needs to be taken down ...
thank god i didnt ordered pricier items through him and i am really sorry for the losses of anyone who dealt with him

in my opinion if u really want something thats not available than right now i would recommend usman and junaid bhai
i dont think their prices are more than any other importer
their maybe other good honest importers on this forums but i have yet to deal with them to come to an opinion about them

I have personally met Billal and ordered an item that no importer here was willing to import for me. It was a huge piano. I got the item. So i can confirm his business was not a scam, atleast initially. However, the second time i ordered the item, i did not get it. But he offered me a refund, which i refused, since it wasn't material and his son had died and every single of his client was asking for refunds (which wasn't possible since he had bought the items on amazon). From what I can tell his business ran into some very serious trouble with the customs and his existing shipments at the time were confiscated by customs (and auctioned off?).

From that point onwards i lost contact with him. But from what i can tell by his order activity (THIS IS JUST MY OPINION AND COULD VERY EASILY BE WRONG) on FB, in desperation, he started fulfilling redemption requests (pay my money back) by converting his business into a ponzi scheme (using money in from new orders to full redemption requests of old clients) in the hopes that when the dust settled it would balance out (he was in talks with customs at the time). Ofcoure, if the talks failed, which they probably did. He was done for. This is a tragic case, but imo bankruptcy and desperation is a more accurate description than scamming. Just my $0.02

Nah man he did not run into any problems. i ordered computer equipment from him in april 2015 ( gpu, ram, cpu cooler, mobo and psu). i contacted him in june and hew told me tht my items still in usa..can u believe tht? then for straight 3 months he kept saying tht my items are held with customs and in those 3 months he was getting tv's and laptops and exercise machines cleared from customs but couldn't clear ram , cpu cooler and few other minor items when it comes to size....in 99% of the cases he never really ordered the items..kept screwing up his customers..plus the thing is tht if an importer has ran into sum issues with customs , he should stop taking orders altogether instead of taking money and not fulfilling orders..
Also did he tell u tht his son died?coz he msged me saying his daughter died.....

I checked my messages, it was daughter. "in 99% of the cases he never really ordered the items" yeah - that is what a ponzi means. I Ordered the piano back in 2014. He was still legit then. You are right ofc but people started threatening him to pay back. and i am guessing he must have thought the issue would be over soon.
