Pretty sure she actually died. Bankruptcies happen to the best of companies. its best not to confuse crime with incompetency I doubt anyone is getting their money back though. If he hasnt paid back people, means the talks failed. SaqiS?

Yeah the guy from Saqiscity.
he started out ok and then started scamming people in a matter of months after launch.

Omg :O I talked to him many times but never actually ordered. Also i know for a fact Billal registered his company. which means he is protected by the veil of corporation if he files for bankruptcy. In laymen term it mean FIA cant do anything, and no one is getting their money back unless you can prove in court he was a pure scammer from the start or atleast before regitering the company (which you cant).

I've been in talks with him since I ordered in Jan 2015. Before that I had placed orders with him alteast 3 to 4 times and I found his services more than satisfactory. But since Jan 2015 he turned rogue and he's been out and about it with all of us.... I mean my refund was of 20k only and he isn't willing to pay that so how would he be paying huge amounts of so many peoples

I ordered stuff from him twice in late 2013/early 2014 and he delivered them on time, in those days he just started and his service was awesome, I had no complaints! However, seeing so many people suffering, let me clarify something, Rayed and Bilal were two different guys as far as I know.

Ordered a gpu from him of near 25k value back in late 2014. He kept stalling for 5-6 months, but finally refunded my amount. It's sad that so many other people were not so lucky.

bilal was my class mate like 5-6 years back, im saddened that his daughtered passed away my condolences, but how can a company or in this particular case bilal can go bankrupt i mean all he does is import items from abroad, ok customs got hold of ur shipment why not come clean to ur customers about it instead of keep taking payments from more customers and then going rogue, i almost ordered a tv from him back in the day im glad i didnt
this is the type of shit that scares me to order something expensive online

I asked him several times not to lie to me but just tell me the truth so that the person can adopt to the situation but no instead he plays mind games and won't come up with a credible solution.

In early 2014 i also ordered some small items from him which were delivered in time, this encouraged me to go for some bigger electronic items, placed an order with him but after not receiving any updates after a month or so i inquired about it, the reply was that there is some problem with customs but when i didn't received the item after almost two months or so and his reply as usual, it raised a red flag for me and i asked him to refund the amount which he did though after many follow-ups.

Indeed, After reading all these posts just one thing came into my mind " jab tak bewaquf zinda hai Aqalmand kabhi bhooka nahe marsakta". Yeah I know he's a Fraud but still how the hell would you give complete payment in Advance, its your fault he made all of you fool. :kaz:

the people here who have paid him in full was mainly because it was the basic rule of deal. Otherwise he wouldn't take the order...second and most importantly when he was doing this business and not scamming people were more than happy with his services which was very well reflected on his PG seller page.
He had built a good reputation here in PG those who have conducted deals with him previously trusted him very well on this matter.
And this business is mainly on trust.

It's how it goes when you're taking an import service. You have to pay 100% advance, (Even the other guys who are providing same service in PG take full advance too, that's because most of our pakistani awam change their minds after ordering stuff and the seller is stuck with their item).

Sad but at least you can get genuine stuff.

I was looking for LG G4 and everybody in the market were selling refurbished phones at the rate of a new phone. At least it would be better than that. At least you know what you're buying. Pakistani market is full of thieves.
