Scammed by someone who imports items

no ones getting white knighted , the guy should definetly be punished i know people are furustrated ,ive been there but even just saying someone should be hanged in public on forums is wrong on soo many levels and should not be allowed

I dont agree, It should be allowed only on extreme cases.

But yeah, Hanging him to death will probably drop the probability to zero of people getting their money back.

People asking for his whereabouts, well for one, when someone here in PG applies for bulk selling (buying premium membership), he has to supply with all his personal info to the administration. I doubt that admins don't know about him. And we have some influential people here who can still catch him out of thin air if they want to. (Everyone knows who I'm talking about)

Just wanted to say that I also ordered from Bilal and didn't get my package. I asked for a refund 3 months ago and he was giving me the "wait till next week" excuse constantly, but he just refunded my order. Granted, it was a small amount relatively. Around 7k but still.

I just found this thread. Thought to pitch in my experience
My first order in 2014 was delayed 3 months but i received it.
Then i ordered again and things came in 15 days so i was very obliged.
My last order was made in august 2015.
Now its sept 2016
Amount is 38500.
I just talked to him today regarding this. Yes the same story. 15 days. 2 weeks. 1 month. He will sell plot and car. Same story since last 6 months.
I am a type of person who does not bother people much. Looks like that he returned payments to those who kept nagging him every day and for people like me who give him leverage just keep waiting.
13 months is a long time.
I call him once a month to remind him.
I did think about filing and FIR but the fact that hes a very humble person. You know when you meet someone a few times you can tell certain things about him. One thing I know, he is not a scammer.
I have met his dad, been to his home.
Yes, im frustrated. I am in dire need of money myself. I am a victim to this whole tragedy too.
The thing is. Hes bankrupt. Wether it was panzi scam or whatever. He does not has the money right now.
So he cant return if he doesnt has money.
All we can do is give him a few more months atleast. As a benefit of the doubt. Its hard to wait for money, i know.
May allah settle his troubles and ours as well.
Otherwise police and FIA is always there. He knows it too. He must be scared as shit. He could go to prison for a few years due to this. Not to mention the distress it will bring to his family.
Anyway he owns a flat in chaklala scheme 3. He cant run away anywhere. Its his permanent residency.

I had to update this thread as today, I have received my final payment that i paid Bilal for 2 laptops which i wanted to import from Amazon for around 3 lac. Although it took 1 and a half year of waiting to actually receive the total payment but at least i got it back. I won't share the experience at it wasn't pleasant at all. Now I don't know whether to thank him for returning me the amount or complain about the 1.5 years of torture. Well I am glad that i received my payment in full.

To this day I didn't get what actually had gone wrong with him that he owed so many people in millions.

I have been scammed 3 times in my life. Twice on PG and once on OLX and MASHALLAH I have received all of that amount around 3.5 lac in full. I have learned a pretty harsh lesson. To be extra careful in life in any sort of dealings and never trust someone blindly.

I should be thankful that at least his father paid all of the amount to me and have received my payment in full in almost 1.5 years. So have some patience. The rest of you will eventually get your money back.

I can't even believe people risk so much money just to get a little discount. I have ordered multiple items from multiple online stores directly in USA and UK. I even bought a 25 kg Yamaha keyboard for $1,000 and paid $350 shipping via DHL (used shipping forwarding service myus.com). Even after paying this heavy shipping cost the keyboard was still $900 cheaper than in Pakistan and Dubai.

Still waiting for my payment. He turns off the phone now for weeks and doesnt reply to messages. I was given last friday as date of payment but hes no where to be found. Looks like he is returning amounts of people who bug him all the time. I show patience and try to understand so my payment is still stuck. Its been 2 years. I do hope i get my payment back and soon. It has been a very frustrating time

Just had a chat with him this morning. He has informed me that he has returned payment of majority of people and 3-4 Unfortunate folks are left. He will return those as well. So this is good news i guess. Atleast hes around.
