In January earlier this year, PG management had set a target of 820$ to be collected in 2013 as donations to meet minimum running expense of the forum. Apparently, its very thin amount if everybody benefiting from PG by one way or the other could contribute a very little amount out of his pocket.
It is however a matter of grave concern that PG has so far gathered only 10% of its target although first half of the year is over. It is really a matter of concern that 64,000 members have contributed only 82USD in 6 months. I am also one amongst those doing nothing for the continuity of the forum.
I believe that we may not overburden the PG management. Its high time to stand up and contribute something for the betterment of Pakgamers. Obviously, there is no compulsion and no minimum amount restriction. If only few percent of total membership could come forward, the remaining 90% target meant for current year can be achieved in just few days. I would also request PG admn to replicate this thread in all marketplace sections because majority of PG members do not visit chitchat cafe OR feedback sections but they only remain concerned with selling and buying.
