You guys are missing the point. The tight integration between ARM architecture and X86 architecture means anything from
Xbox Live, Skydrive, Apps integration to whatever comes in-between them. Now, I maybe wrong but this is simply my opinion from what I've comprehended from the Engadget article. The show that was conducted, it ad a lots of information and demonstration of Windows 8 (which is still in it's early stage).
So, about that rumor, eh! I wouldn't say it would play Xbox 360 games but yes considering a lot of integration of XBL into it. Again saying, if I am wrong just don't blame me for that.
For those who simply
hate Internet Explorer, I pity them. Sure, IE9 is lackluster when compared to other (better) alternatives available for free/ open-sourced in the market. But IE9, on the bright side was different, supporting a great new UI, tooltips, pinned sites, speed-dial and also, it supported some great web technologies. I didn't use it for much long but loved a clean new start taken by Microsoft.
