I wanted to buy the same thing, but dont, they have a very high fail rate and have a poor quality, I have read many user reviews, 1 out of 3 is the fail rate, and here in pak you will not be able to claim any replacement. I know this cooler looks so good but maybe try corsair new lineup, they have rock solid reliability.

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
