Due to lack of knowledge/education in Pakistan AMD cannot compete with intel market.

I was an AMD fan since the start, but I cannot fulfill my wished just being a Fanboy. Dont know what are the limitations why AMD does not introduce a Proper Market here, But i am telling you if it does ... ITS GONNA ATTRACT ATTENTION.

I remember AMD athlon ii x4 620 was cheaper and faster than q8200 but "bhai woh AMD hai uski quality nahin hai tabhi sasta hai woh Intel hai aur geniune cheez hai agay aapki marzi hai aapko warranty main bhi problem hogi phir aap yeh mat kehna k warranty kyun nahin claim kar rahe ya kuch" :lol:

'The real reason that Bulldozer did not stack up in the benchmarks is the compiler used for for each of the benchmarks. All of these closed-source benchmarks are compiled on the standard Intel compiler with the Intel libraries. It is not optimized to support any instructions beyond SSE3 for any processor other than Intel chips. SSE4.1, SSE4.2, AVX, and FMA4 significantly increase the floating point performance of AMD processors, but are not used by code compiled on an Intel compiler.

If you look at the integer performance of the benchmarks, AMD almost always out-performs the intel chips and shows a 15-30% increase in performance over the Phenom II x6 processors. If the compiler used was completely optimized for both Intel and AMD, floating point performance would also show similar gains.

Lastly, under full load where all of the threads are being used, the Intel chip is not physically capable of beating the AMD chip. 4 cores that complete one instruction each per cycle cannot physically beat 8 cores completing 1 instruction each per cycle, when threads are continually running.'

u can say whatever you want, Bulldozer sucks in games. Sandybridge beats the crap out of it.

i changed my platform from AMD to intel just becoz it was difficult for me to sell AMD here in Pak in a good price....the people just say " we need the Intel 'DAMN' original mobo and pro...lolz
but i have seen now a days that their is a slight increase in AMD rigs on pg...ask those people using phenom 2 and athlon 2 (old AMD pros) that how is there performance....

i bought athlon x2 7750 (2.7Ghz stock)amd pro in just 7.5k brand new and it was much better than my e7500 c2d (2.93 Ghz stock) which costed 11.5k at that time

lastly i dont believe in the biased benchmarks favouring intel ...

Well Intel is an Israel company, nothing can compete with intel. Mostly softwares are designed on intel chips for intel chips. As i've posted that compilers arent optimized for amd completely.

bro these intel fans will never understand the monopoly going on....
when it comes to best fastest processors in the world....well AMD OPTERON Pros are at their best....and intel...keeps on building Bridges....hence intel is only making their market and compelling their users to buy new pros and mobos with new chipsets again and again and again...
and guess what !!!! people buy it.....
