@SaadChohan ..
Thanks alot for another quick response bruv ..
Surely will follow your Advice, 4 meals per day for a week or two then will move to 6 ..
Acha jee !! about Fish, i eat only tinned tuna. once a week as its not easily available here in Karachi ..
So is it necessary to add Fish in my daily diet plan in order to gain Mass or Boiled Chicken will be Suffice .. ?
It will suffice! But still its better to bring a little versatility in your diet.

Ok so I have a question.

I've heard/read that you gain weight when you eat above your daily calorie limit. Its something like 2000 or 2500 kcal, right?

So suppose, I eat the following in a day.

a. 1 Mighty Zinger = ~ 500 kCal.
b. 3 chocolate bar = ~ 300 kCal.
c. 1 Soda = ~ 150 kCal

Total = 950.

And lets suppose that this is all I eat during a day. Will I gain weight, will I maintain, or will I lose?

Is this the way weight gain/loss works?

The trick is to eat more than your body needs. Assuming you've been having the proposed diet all your life, you will need to add 500kCalories per day on top of that and do it consistently for a while to see results. Why would you want to gain fat though?
For me, even with eating more than my body needed, I never gained weight. It's only after I started working out that my metabolism was unhooked from it's placid position and I started gaining weight.

Actually, I want to lose fat. But I just wanted a general idea, that can a person lose weight even after consuming so much junk which is usually related to weight gain?

No! You have to eat smart not junk food, remove the chocolates, soda and the fried chicken from the zinger so instead you can have water, eggs n raw veggies and for the zinger just don't fry the chicken, heat it up and cook it with a little bit of water and just a very small layer of oil at the bottom of the pan so the chicken won't stick to it.
Remember, you have to eat less but alot i.e. eat up after every 2 hours just keep the quantity low otherwise you'll have diarrhea
