^Best choice is to get any 256mb GPU which will cost around Rs 2000. You can easily play COD4 and even MW2 also on it.
And 122 MB approx of total memory can't run COD4

i somehow run COD 4 today on my PC (help of swift Shader)...with my current intel 128 Mb Graphics card..its ALMOST NON PLAYABLE lol...

so just 1 more question...if i buy another 128mb graphics card and install it in my pc...will i have a total od 256 mb of graphic card memory?...or do i have to buy a Total 256 Mb graphics card?
sorry im asking such questions...im really low on budget till december

nai those graphic memorys wont add up..so if u get a 128mb card u will get only 128mb of graphics memory...256mb pci express cards are VERY cheap...i bought my 7200gs abt 3 years ago for 2400...

many of the sellers told me that 256mb could be a waste of money as its performance could be low or if i couldnt find the drivers...
is it true?

there are few pakistani servers and all on SND...u wont be able to find em on google or anything...if u are looking for tdm then there are 3 ptcl servers...tell u what..use xfire...it will show up all available servers of your country...

khi4.gaming.ptcl.net

There are 4 ptcl TDM servers and some others but they are Promod + SND.

yes it is possible...but khwari hoti hai...cfg files...cracked exe...port forwarding...so if you are new to this kinda stuff your best bet would be to try softwares like garena or gameranger...

thanks bro...Gameranger looks like the easy solution...but by the way ur telling me about it...it seems as if the the expirience with gameranger wont be as good as it normally is...true?

experience is just the same...agar sirf apne bndo ka server bnao thn u will get good pings since everyone is in pakistan...if u join someone else's thn possibility of bad pings and lag...and as these arent dedicated servers so i dont think u can use fun commands like high jumps super speed etc...and maybe cant even use custom maps...not fully sure though cuz i only played warcraft 3 or generals on gameranger....cod4 ka khud dedicated server host krleta tha...
