Knowing Rockstar's optimizations. It's irrelevant how strong your PC is, it will run the same whether it's a $400 PC or a $3000 one.

Its not still confirmed about ported to pc.....maybe with the release of ps 4 and xbox one rockstar started to build a episode like gta iv because after release of new consoles it loses business very fast and tried to regain.....and also i heard that [h=3]Xbox One Isn't Backwards Compatible With Xbox 360 or XBLA Games[/h]
It will release on PC for sure, but like most GTAs, it will release later. Maybe 2014.
^ Errr don't know what your problem is . Every single GTA has come out for PC, but later. Unless they deny it themselves, then that would be a different story altogether. Recently they hired some guys with experience in PC development, my guess is that they've learnt from their past mistakes and will actually make an effort to make it the best version, at the expense of milking PS3 & X360 fanboys.

PS3 nor 360 version can be ported to New Gen.
So they'd need to rework the game a little to make it compatible with new gen.
So, the point here is.
Do not care about the game coming to PC unless you hear about next gen version.
ANd speaking of next gen.
The game will be easily portable to PC thanks to next gen tech.
So, My say here is that the PC will be most likely to be come After the release of next gen!

I have heard that it is now unplayable in countries which do not support handful of third world countries not recognized by Sony like Pakistan. Steam is a true global platform.Then they cry that console gaming is dying.
