Support said they're working on the backend and Red LED might be related to that. I have my doubts though considering in started minutes after the wind picked up and storm started.

Any one knows upper management email address or contact info? My internet is not working for past several days. Whats app support is not helping.

Try calling the helpline between 9 and 11am. You'll probably need to call a couple of times even after they say they'll fix it and wait a while on hold each time.

Just make sure you don't yell at them or be rude or angry or anything and they should send someone over in a day or two.

I had the same issue, the connection was up but couldn't open any site. After a while it went down and the red light is blinking on PON. I'm using FL services in Mustafa town Lahore.

They've been having a lot of these backend issues lately. Either they're doing some major infrastructure maintenance or upgrades, or their network is completely gone to shit in the heat and has become hard to manage.

    tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.
