nothing , as soon as i made a bit of a ruckus they got all apologetic and shit , also i got a call today saying they will refund , ab to yeh gaye , ill do what ever i can to make their lives miserable , from a consumer court lawsuit to an FIR . i wasted 45 days for their shitty service , suffered loss to my freelancing and other stuff .

dont even consider fiberlink , staff will ignore your calls and not provide any assistance . also only stormfiber does underground fiber services in pakistan , so its 99% likely this is stormfibers doing

Didn't you say that you were getting fine pings in a post before? I have the same issue, pings to singapore are around 200-250. Used to be around 95-110ms even in peak hours.
Siege and Rocket League seem to be running uber well. That's pretty much all the exposure I get towards the latency part of things these days.

They mostly run on Eu servers, My pings are fine on eu. The only issue is SEA servers. Thanks for the Trace routes.

I can but give you a partial reply to your questions.
Downtimes are not frequent (once or twice every 2-3 weeks, but it goes down for a while, i.e. 30 minutes to a few hours).
I see little to no change during peak hours, which I find most impressive. Used to be a bit of a headache with PTCL.
VPN's for me are sluggish, compared to my PTCL connection.

This is the speedtest during day times Speedtest.net by Ookla - My Results This is during night hours. Speedtest.net by Ookla - My Results. Pings are fine on most servers dubai 30-40 , Eu 150-180. South east asian server pings have been a little high for me from the past week, Probably be fixed soon.

That is great! one more thing, could you run a speedtest on internatonal servers like france, italy,uk,usa etc ?? during peak hours would be great!

You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
