Well from quite a few time i got this REM problem , but thing is all that i don't even feel tiredness or any need of sleep yet , not even at my work place , as my current sleep time is 4-5 hours per day max , i cant able to sleep more than that , previous year it was like 8-10 hours , even if i came back from long drive or no matter how tired i am , my tiredness got recovered in that sleep time , and after that i was again like an OWL .

P.S. depression could be a reason , but i don't say its depression as recently my job tasks got increased to which i got to do some work at home as well , but i like that multitasking thing from very back days and its not new to me , so why now , and is there any solution to it except medicines . Oh and is it by my increasing age as i am 24 now .

Yes vitamin b6 and b12 help revitalize ur neural system. Take these vitamins. They will give you good sleep. 4-5 hours of sleep is nothing.

how can i say it , well i am an extrovert , i hate to stay much at front of PC , as i got stress from it and that's the only reason i switched my field , i am kind a social animal and may be because of this extra work to which i don't get change to go out causes me stress . But i need some doctor type guy advice , even i posted at some medical forum as well but they start doing there medicine advertise , where i already mention there that i want to get it done without medicine , because with such increasing age if i start taking medicines then i will gonna be brain dead soon .

Even at Sunday here i am at 8 O' Clock .

Why do u want doctors opinion when you're not putting faith in "medicines".

first off, vitamins mentioned above by other members are NOT "medicines"....they're supplements which your body needs, it has nothing to do with your "age" or going "brain dead".

secondly, Im a doctor and I would recommend Melatonin supplements initially. This is the cleanest way of controlling your sleep cycle without relying on drugs like Diazepam (which CAN cause dependency.)

take One melatonin tab before going to bed every night. If that doesn't help, you'll need medicine to help with your anxiety. Will tell u about that later.

this is why i dont even goto doctors for a checkup , they never recommend Bcomplex vitamins for any type mental or cognitive formalities , whether its depression or even "Anger" issues , your daily routine stress at work .

My experience with Vitamin B1 , B6 , B12 , i recovered from chronic fatigue , tiredness , sluggishness for now .
dont expect miracles , it will take time .

Vitamin B6 , B12 , for A good night sleep .

Edit : I did a search for you for anxiety , magnesium came up so also look into that .

Never rely on medicines they can only control your mentally related disease , but wont cure neither will supplements though , its like a loophole , trust me , i suffered alot .

well yes depression sucks alot and what you do normal just take a break from it n enjoy something else , like me i use pc all the day n night , and sometimes i dont even sleep the whole day , but what its hard for me to leave my pc , so what i do is gym casually , it is best for me , \

you can also make something odd of the routine , go hangout with wife n kids and enjoy the life from the other side , depression is really serious problem , ppls start smoking drinking and stuff just of it , so before it gets worse just take a lil nreak what you do normally is the best option i believe that can make us relax :)

but how can i take that vitamins tab without doctor recommendation , even though if i tried them , the question is which brand and how much MG . As if you gone through any such situation and these tab that benefits you , then do tell me there details via PM .

only if you read my previous comments , ok let me summarize again , my personality is total extrovert , and i hate to sit at front of PC , i got bored with things so fast , i always want adventures in my life and ever new thing , that's why i switch my job to get in to the field where people interaction got increases , bec sitting at front of PC give me stress , but yet i got promotion and now i got to review the stupid systemic mistakes of my subordinates , to which my work load got increased even i got to do that remaining work at home as well and to which i don't get time for hang outs and my brain is not accepting this thing .

No i don't have wife neither have children , as i am kind a career oriented guy , casual relationships all the way to get ride of this need of opposite gender , life is going well , my friends and family is enough for me for now .

Age 24 is quite young , and taking multi vitamins thrice or twice a week , doesn't have any bad effects .

I dont think you have a behaviour disorder. I just think you have anxiety or depression. There is nothing wrong in it though. We all go through these phases once or more in our life. At some point the daily routine gets just too boring. Going to the same job, same work, same old shitty faces to see. It all becoms too much repetitive and with loads of work getting done at home too, one rarely finds time for oneself. I used to be in a similar situation, infact i usually find myself in one. Same old hospital, getting home at 9pm postcall, going to sleep and then hospital again.

But eventually i realized what was wrong.. The only way to go through with all this is to enjoy everything related to it. Now my entire social circle revolves around my workplace and friends and I usually find it hard to kill time on a weekend. It is extremely important that you go out with your friends, eat out. talk talk and talk about anything... There is a reason social circles are created in western countries because talking helps.!!! So best way is to socialize.

Avoid medications. Most of them have side effects and vitamins are unlikely to have any benefit in your case. Things that worked for me included praying as well. Praying 5 times a day did help me alot!!!! YOu should give it a try as well. It might work for you if you believe in it. Otherwise , there are always medications to help you through...

@puppet that's not a solution , though , as i mention casual relationship , which means i am in relation , but problem here is not my social circuit .

@haroonshaikh no i don't have any issues with my job , its just a change of routine , its like my hangout time got cut of from my daily routine . Well i try to visit psychiatrist this week and will let you know what he suggest , as far as vitamins concern , yeah i don't have any issue with them but i don't want to go for medicines .

@Tultras my dear sir , will you plz hold of your spiderman for little longer .
