Forget one shot kills with sniper rifles even with those perk thingies. Its extremely rare.

One shot kills with Sniper Rifles is the gayest thing to be implemented in Multiplayer FPS (sm1)

I recommend you go with MW3... however the multiplayer experience of BF3 is too good... but MW3 is MW3... classic storyline in campaign mode and awesome multiplayer experience...

How different is it from Bad Company 2?

Way different.

Completely new design, sound, story, gameplay and characters.

MW3 keeps recycling the same dam things over and over again.

Battlefield3 keeps improving with each installment.

There is a limit to realism in Gaming for Balance purposes

M224 Mortar has a range of ~3400m in Real Life
Obviously it can one shot kill anything in its attack radius

In BF3 it cannot one shot kill nor have such a huge range and it also needs direct hits to be effective Why? To add balance to game play

Coming to Sniper Rifles a Head Shot is instant Kill so i dont see the problem
Pro Snipers will have no problem getting one shot one kills but noobs sitting in their spawn points trying to land leg or chest shots wont get the satisfaction of easy kills

^ How about adding some realism by decreasing the range of SMGs? Those Engineer weapons I mean. Basically assault and smg ko same category main daala hua hota hai.

And I agree sniping can be fun once you master the bullet drop thing.

I do play BC2 every now and then and sometimes I actually enjoy it. Last night, I was in a chopper with some guy and he flew out to the afk zone -.- Got me a suicide.

even as is in BF3 Assault Rifles out range the Engi Carbines

as for Sniper get M98B it was little to no Bullet Drop (sm1)

In case of lag in cod mw3 i have played game and i did,nt face any lag.game runs without any problem.I have played both cod mw3 and bf3.i highly recommend bf3.the reason cod series sells better is its smaller learning curve as compared to battlefield.in cod games u become master in very little time than battlefield.if u die a lot in battlefield in the beginning dont get disappointed that game is unplayable or boring.just keep playing and learning.once u learn the game i guarantee that u,ll never return to cod series.i am not telling this as a bf3 fanboy or cod series hater.i have played both games and i found bf3 much better
