I live in Karachi since birth and i'm a common man they are anything but mafia. These guys would come themselves regardless being sector incharge or town nazim to resolve petty problems of mohalla-communities and stuff 'paani nahi araha', 'police walay pareshan ker rahe hain', 'kachra nahi uth raha', 'sarak kharab hai' and so on. They are united and they do have demands which any non-feudal party being led by middle class guys in Pakistan would demand and if they get butchered and declared traitor they did fight back for their rights. Call them terrorists, call them mafia but the fact is majority Karachiites don't see them like this.

It's not just my view. By everyone knows MQM who are you referring to (imo it includes a majority). Election was rigged and the major benefactor was Mr. Nawaz himself so should i start telling everyone knows Khooni league and there police-gardi in Karachi that made MQM go violent so Karachi is not in good hands. If every politician knows MQM is a mafia and they don't have right agenda then why do they stand with them instead of killing them since they are a minority.

Factory ka nam aur pata to batain zara :mushy: . Beside they collect zakat and khals so far , and where i am working now in site area , here is only parchies that owners got is from black list organizations and agencies as to which here in site area there is special complain office established by police to take complain about the agency people who evolved in bhata . If its MQM then i don't think so that police take such step .

problem is all that we just waste our time in blaming political parties about corruption , and forget about bureaucracy , whom are the real enemies of this country , wide example Iftikhar Chaudhry , when musharraf say so then every one stand against musharraf and protect him , now his real face came to every one , irony .
