That's a pretty damning allegation when a Secretary claims electoral fraud took place. Afzal Khan is up for a tough time ahead. Can he back up his claims in a court of law is the most important question.
Do you seriously think he'll be allowed to do it? I can bet that he'll either be killed, or proved corrupt before he could do so.
Also, you just cannot show such a proof in court because proof will either be destroyed, or will be forced to not show in courts.
We know very well that quite a few "Justices" were involved in this matter.
I for one have ZERO belief in this justice and electoral system.

All Justices involved are, thankfully, retired. And I'm sure there might be some good souls in the Judiciary, albeit few.
Bureaucrats know a lot of inside stuff. And they have access to proof that would otherwise elude a politician or common man. So unless these are baseless allegations, he'll be doing this country a world of good.

Not only elections were rigged but this whole episode of dharna along with the fate of this nation is rigged.
I have been an inconsistent fellow so quit following the news channels to get update. However, today just heard the name of Afzal Khan in IK's speech while trying to find something "interesting". As per his statement, this person was very instrumental in turning the tides of voting toward N league. The surprise came in when the same guy was sitting with ARY crew, recording his statement. Now there is little to doubt that the channels favoring IK have their own vested interest and agenda. The unmistakable timings makes the coordination between PTI and these channels an obvious fact. So much for presenting the facts and not shaping the opinion of public.
In addition to that, I know the way bureaucracy works since I work with them and it is seldom in the history of Pakistan for a senior officer to come a front with an agenda to malign the system he worked for all his life. Upon closely analyzing this situation, it becomes obvious that this guy has the backing and guarantee of powerful forces trying to tilt the situation in the favor of IK; the possibility of which we had previously nullify. Especially when PTI expressed its leniency in the demand of PM's resignation to resign rendered for a month or so. The situation is getting uglier by the passing day.

Election commission of Pakistan never had any credibility to lose. The history of election manipulation is as old as the history of democracy in Pakistan.
