I want to write a long review of this game. I ended it yesterday and wanted to cry out of misery for playing it. Non rewarding, disappointing and even disgusting. The only reason I played this game is because it had the tag of Assassin's Creed. And after the ending i kinda hated the whole series. Was ubisoft feeding us sweet candies so that we may swallow this bitter hump down our throats?
I fell like I'm exploited. They build a history based awesome game to cover the heap of shit ubisoft came up with.

And even the game isn't rewarding. I got Captain kids shitpile. Didn't get any assassin recruit other than the Spaniard. There was no way i could generate revenue. Played the whole game with one sword and one dagger. Couldn't craft a single special item despite doing countless homestead missions. Hell evem purchasing garments for conner wasn't interesting. I giv the game 6.5 out of 10.it is low in because the game is crap, and it is high because its an AC game. If it weren't, I would have given it a 5

try to understand the game properly then you start liking it . as far as unlock concern there is almost 6 swords 5 axe's and 3-6 some native weapon as well 10-15 different type of pistols which include double barrel to long range pistols and 6 completely different costumes which include ezio outfit too .

DHA KARACHI.
Ubisoft has quizzed Assassin’s Creed fans on what location they’d like to see a future instalment in the stealth-based adventure franchise set in.
EmpireStateGamer has captured an image of the market research survey conducted by the publishing giant, which confirms Ubisoft is toying with eight locations for a future title.
"Among the following propositions, in which of the following historical periods and locations would you like one of the next Assassin's Creed games to take place?” it reads.
Ubisoft has already confirmed that a new Assassin’s Creed game will be released in 2012, and recent hints dropped in 2011’s Revelations has indicated next year's entry may be set in Egypt -- which just so happens to be one of the choices outlined below.
-The violent conflicts of the Imperial Dynasties in Medieval China
-The advent of the mighty British Empire during Victorian England
-The culmination of the Pharaoh Reign in Ancient Egypt
-The invasion of the Americas by the Spanish Conquistadors
-The confrontation between British colonists and native Americans during The American Revolution
-The overthrow of the Tsar Empire by the Communists during the Russian Revolution
-The Warlord Battles in Feudal Japan
-The rise of Cesar's Empire in Ancient Rome

all of these options are damin epic . so American revolution is done now what next i wish Cesar empire it's good to play as gladiator :)
Why the hell were they asking this if the game has been in development for three years?

yes, but he was never "king" .. which is why this is alternate history, this looks like the Undead Nightmare of the Assassins Creed series, going buck wild with existing characters.

Done with Sequence 9 or 10 I guess. Yes, it has a lot of bugs but its still one hell of a video game. One of the best of 2012.
Its frustrating because such a high quality game should be impeccable. Its better than most of other titles of the year. The soundtrack kinda grows on you and is pretty memorable.

It just needed a bit more time to be polished. Still, AC3 is one of the best of 2012. Definitely not most disappointing like many on PG claim.

Well that still doesn't make this game any better. It is a shit game and it will stay this way. Wat good is a fkin ezio Armor when u r at ur 11th sequence? Wat good is crafting a special item when you do like the 100th side mission for it? And i really advice people not to go for the trinkets thing. Captain kids costume is an abomination. And maybe it was there and I missed it, there is no money in this mission. I wouldn't even mention wat they did to the faces of desmond or rebecca. Or the voice acting of the native Americans.

no use of unlocking or crafting weapons as fighting is too easy and boring in this game.i can win any fight blindly swinging my sword with out thinking.stealth missions are fun although.i liked ac games in past.but finally i have gotten bore because of same game every year with no big change.they havent brought any big change in graphics and fighting mechanics since ac 2.

Ended the game. The game's story wasn't as interesting as the AC1 and AC2, there was something lacking. Only few of the scenes were interesting, The end of Haytham's sequence "You're now a Templar (y)" and the "Son and Father" sequence were good.

IMO they should have gone on with Haytham and he should have been an Assassin, his character was a lot better.

[h=1]Assassin’s Creed III’s Holiday Patch Tackles Crashes, Bugs[/h]

Today’s Assassin’s Creed III update should resolve most of the game’s more annoying bugs.

Ubisoft’s holiday patch addresses glitches that have been impacting missions, side quests, and the stealth game’s multiplayer mode.

The biggest problems that were resolved include the random disappearance of players’ second pistols, hard to find Liberation missions, and essential mission characters vanishing into thin air.

The full patch details can be found here, but there are definitely a few spoilers in the notes. If you haven’t completed the game yet, I’d skip over them.

Players should receive a message that the title update is ready as soon as they connect their consoles to the internet today.
